Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses…
Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses recently. Both pairs arrived within 2-3 working days. The packaging ensures that they are adequately protected. Unfortunately the 2nd pair delivered was not the model that I had ordered (similar but incorrect). The error, and I accept that mistakes can be made, actually gave me the opportunity to rate their customer support. I rang the support number provided, which was answered promptly and the support agent was very apologetic and helpful. A return DHL label was sent to me and DHL called me to arrange pick-up. Within a week the incorrect pair had been returned and the pair that I wanted was delivered. So, on the basis that sometimes mistakes can and will be made, I'm allocating 5 stars for their ability and willingness to address the error promptly. Yes, I'll shop again with Lentiamo.
