After placing an order with the company, an issue occurred with the shipping agent...long story short... according to Lentiamo.ie I was to be expecting my purchases within maximum 2days , but shortly after ordering I received a txt. or email stating that my delivery is gonna happen 1 week later...I got very crossed because I needed my lenses ASAP back then, so I grabbed my phone reaching the Lentiamo representative ( who was lovely by the way and I was not nice customer at that moment - please pass on to the person who answered my furious call /if you can track who himself was/ my most sincere apology , he didn't deserve to be spoken to the way I did...I am truly sorry), anyhow the person who dealt with me was super helpful and professional, whitin minutes the problem was solved and I was happily wearing my new contacts 2days later.
I will be definitely using the services of Lentiamo.ie and I would surely without a doubt recommending them to others.

Ray-bans exactly as ordered. Price was one of best around. Fast delivery although had hoped it would have arrived a day earlier. Customer service very responsive as I made a mistake with address and they fixed it immediately.

Please note that, due to current limitations with our courrier, items ordered over the weekend cannot be dispatched until the first working day, so two working days delivery remains within their promised time. However, we are working with DHL Express to bring this down to one in the future, whenever possible.

Excellent easy transaction. Bought sunglasses they arrived within 2 days, they were too small and the process to send them back was very easy and I was refunded immediately. I would definitely buy from lentiamo again and would highly recommend this company
