SIGMA ALARM AND IMOBALIZER
I spoke to Dan on a number of times to ask advice on both the S32 & S34 sigma, the last conversation was that I was purchasing the S32 to use OEM remote but wanted a keypad to link and separately immobilize, he said place the order and he would make sure it went out next day ,I did, and it was posted next day with keypad, and I got a separate bill for keypad,

Order no 6096
I ordered a front adaptor frame, but have been sent a rear so it won't fit.
I've re boxed it ready for collection (please send labels etc to print)
If you can get a front sent out to me please.
The collection will need to be either tomorrow or the 4th onwards as I'm away.

From order to delivery we had no problem at all. Brilliant service. Was kept informed to order and time of delivery narrowed down to within 2 hours and it was delivered at a sensible time. Can’t fault the service. It’s how customers should be served with respect. Thank you for a brilliant service. Thoroughly recommended at a very sensible price compared to all other companies. The roller awning I purchased arrived…
The roller awning I purchased arrived in a good new condition and was very well packed
Arrived on time
However I ordered it with there fitting service paying extra for this
After ordering I was informed that I was out of there area for fitting.
Then to be told I was not intitled to a refund on the fitting!!??
