From start to finish my experience with these 'people' has been awful.
In march 26 I bought a Ford kuga from these for 7 and a half grand. Very soon it was clear that the car was experiencing misfiring issues and had a hole in the exhaust. From that point on there was nothing but poor communication and lies. They had the kuga twice for repairs, a total of 14 days where clearly no repairs was carried out (first time the car wouldn't start and I had to get it recovered and transported to them) and all that seemed to be done was the engine management light being turned off. I eventually made the decision to return the car and ask for a partial refund. They still have not paid my refund, despite now being over due.

Also the Ford kuga is back on auto trader- WP66GZC! Do not buy that car or any car from them.

I can't write this in any other way: They are a band of thieves.
They couldn't do any more in fleecing a customer out of every penny they can get.
DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. If you want to purchase a decent used car, go with a smaller reputable company.
Initially one may be inclined to be impressed by the scale of their forecourt - however, when dealing with these thieves, you suddenly understand; it's simply because the deathtraps they have sold with dishonesty & disregard for anyone, other than their greedy / slave driven business - have been returned & resold.
With this, I am initiating a legal Representative Action case, against this entity - on charges of Fraud, misrepresentation under the Consumer Goods Act & Slavery Laws.
I'll be contacting individuals directly affected in due course.

They failed / pushed back on repairing the vehicle I bought, despite the warranty. Carried out substandard repairs, only when pressed to do so & are now deliberately withholding the service history booklet [from when the repairs were undertaken some months ago], because they simply can't be bothered to find it / so disorganised - they simply won't, unless it involves a fee.
Trading Standards, The Motor Ombudsman, Legal representatives, BBC Watchdog, other industry regulators such as the AA accreditation scheme, the RAC, the FCA / PRA & other interested consumer bodies are now actively involved in this investigation & I invite all those affected by the malpractice of this company to get in touch via BBC Watchdog.
The aim being that no Financial Lender or Insurance provider, will consider the legitimacy of any vehicle sold by this company or any of its associated personnel.

Went with a friend to buy a car and found the whole place to be a disorganised shambles. People whom had previously bought a vehicle were back trying to get problems sorted. The so called staff were yelling aggressively at them and generally keeping them waiting for ages.
Please don't get involved with these people they just want your money.
Stay away.
