When I made the purchase for a Horrex Sliding door fly screen on the 15th April, it showed you had stock only to be notified a few days later that you do not and the earliest delivery will be the 14th May. I then received an email saying the delivery is delayed until June. I called and spoke to you yesterday (14th May) and we agreed that you shall call me back by close of business with a confirmed date. I AM STILL WAITING AND HAVE LEFT YOU 2 MESSAGES TODAY (15 MAY) PLEASE CANCEL AND MAKE A FULL REFUND.
Please do not try and make excuses and blame the supplier as you never had the audacity to call be back with an update

As discussed the item was on back order until the 14th of May 2026, in which your was happy to wait for it to arrive into the uk.
Due to unforeseen international shipping circumstances this item is been pushed to June 14th shipping date.

You checked out on 9th of april leaving no email only phone number, for tracking purposes we need an email address, there was no way to contact you.
Its impossible to send delivery or order updates. i will send you screen shot showing this.
We rang your number several times no answer.
Today you emailed us , we merged customer and sent your email a order confirmation before we could email you and let you know you need to check out using a northern ireland shipping profile.

Ignored County Court Judgement – Bailiffs Instructed.
Please read this before you part with any money. This is all true and verifiable.
I ordered a part in July 2025 which they failed to deliver
I telephoned them to cancel the order and they put the phone down on me.
I sent a letter straight away confirming the cancellation and requesting a refund. This was ignored.
I sent a second letter requesting my refund and warned them I would take legal action if they didn’t pay. This was also ignored.
I commenced legal action at the County Court to recover my money and they were sent official notification.
They then sent a partial refund having deducted postage and a ‘restocking fee.’ This breaches the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. Their ‘refund policy’ is unlawful and I have reported them to Bristol Trading Standards.
On 16th February 2026 the court found judgement in my favour and awarded me the FULL amount I was owed plus ALL my costs as well as accumulated interest. Case number 701MC150.
They have defied the court order and they now have a county court judgement (CCJ) against their business which will stay on record for six years.
County Court Judgements are linked to a company’s registered office address. On 26th February 2026 (ten days after the court case) they changed their registered address which is now on their website. This CCJ will be associated with their previous registered address and will not be linked to the new address. Draw your own conclusions.
The director of this company has changed his name at least three times since they were set up in 2018. (See Companies House records.)
I will now pay for a court ‘Enforcement Agent’ to recover my money (plus the additional costs) which may require bailiffs to visit their premises and seize property to the equivalent value.

I cannot understand why you haven’t contacted us at Letang directly, if you have delivery issue or no tracking information why didn’t you simply call or email, I have just checked your order number, then email address in system and there’s no correspondence from you, as well as phone calls records, IF we have not been notified that tracking or item is missing it’s impossible for us help assist you as we clearly don’t know, you haven’t received your parcel or tracking details.
