The letting shop are amazing!!!! The team really took the stress out of moving. Hannah has been excellent and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask, when Hannah was not available the rest of the team were also so friendly and helpful. I cannot thank you all enough

Excellent customer service from The Letting Shop
Danni is very knowledgable and always get things sorted in a timely manor. It’s nice to know that whenever a problem arises (which is not often) it is sorted straight away. I would recommend The Letting Shop to anyone thinking of renting as they are a great team.

I've been with the letting shop for quiet a while and think the team and lovely. They are always happy to help. The overall service is great especially the regular inspections so I can evaluate the property. I wouldn't dream of swapping

The Letting Shop has a great philosophy around how they view and manage my property. They are also very communicative and keep me well informed of what’s happening. It’s nice to be working with a letting agent that you don’t have to keep chasing - a friendly team and there is always someone at the end of the phone if needed. Would highly recommend.

I have had a really great experience…
I have had a really great experience working with The Letting Shop. Joshua was really friendly during the initial viewing; Hannah was so helpful during the application process and made me feel really at ease. Jenny & Anna in accounts were really helpful with helping me with the money and what to pay and has always been so helpful with any rent queries I have had. Trevin completed inspections and is so friendly and always professional. Danni & Grace are my property managers and what can I say both of them are amazing always getting repairs done quickly for us.

Flawless Experience
I wanted to give a big shoutout Hannah and Grace for helping me and my friends find a place to rent. Right from the start, they were super professional and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. They stayed on top of things and made sure we ended up with a great place.
