Incredibly helpful team working at the Letting Shop, making the process of moving as seamless as possible. They are always polite, kind and understanding and always provide us with updates when required. Great experience dealing with these letting agents thus far!

Moving out of the Bristol area over 20 years ago we spoke to the Letting Shop about renting out our family home. We were moving 100 miles away and the whole process seemed complicated, confusing and yes -pretty daunting to be fair. However, The Letting Shop reassured us that everything would be stress free & fine in their hands and we took the plunge. More than 2 decades on, we are still with this fantastic agency and its one of the best decisions weve ever made. They have done a wonderful job and been a huge help. So much so that we have since added other properties to our portfolio- something we are not sure that we would have had the confidence to do without the extensive knowledge & support of this great team. Wonderful experience! I was dreading having to move house, suffering with severe mental health issues it was a daunting process to undertake. Letting shop however made the entire process an absolute delight. All the staff were very professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Customer service was very efficient and any issues have been rectified swiftly. The lady visiting Hannah was very helpful and covered any concerns I might have. Danni, always comes back very quickly by email to fix any issues. Overall an excellent service.

We had a good experience with the letting shop when renting out our house to tenants as first time landlords. The team were really responsive to our initial enquiries and helped us get everything together so we were compliant with regulations. They were always quick to respond to emails. Ending the tenancy when we sold the house was made quick and easy.
Only minor niggles were that we weren’t happy with some of the terms in the contract but they were able to be flexible to some extent, and we were told that we would get to chose the tenant from those vetted and found suitable. This wasn’t the case, the letting agent offered the house to a couple without checking with us first. Luckily it turned out ok as they were good tenants but this could have been really annoying had they not been so good.

Danni and the team are very helpful and supportive. They have a committed approach to both tenants and landlords. They are a font of knowledge, quick to respond to emails and are a friendly bunch that are happy to help.
