LEVC Avis

I’ve bought 14 taxis since 1997 and always looked after my cabs , I just got tell you I’ve just been refused warranty work due to LEVC incompetence, was told that I can go over my mileage by one thousand miles , not so on the exstender warranty so now I’m left with a £1700 bill thanks Andre for your useless information , was going to trade my cab in December, but I’ll keep this one that Ive looked after for 5 years December , let’s all hope that TfL wake up and let us drive purpose built cabs , regardless of the turning circle , you lot will be out of work soon

A huge thankyou and shout out goes to the unspoken hero.

We all know him front off house.
He guides you in, take your details, books your cab in.
If you're lucky he drives it out for you.

One word describes this man (LEGENDARY).
A BIT LIKE JOHN WICK. THE MYTH THE THE MAN THE LEGEND.

Thankyou all.

We have about 30 of the levc vans on hire Over the last 12 months struggled to have more than 20 actually on the road at any one time. Including some off the road for over a year as garages struggle to maintain and source parts. That’s if you can find a garage willing to work on them still. Worst experience have ever had in vehicle supply ever in 30 years. Wouldn’t ever consider this brand again.

Your team has the worst service ever!! You dont pick calls , people cant leave messages. You sold CABs to people fully knowing your company is closing. Manjit from LEVC Chiswick sold us a cab and tricked us without providing all the paper work! When you want money from poor people you are very quick, but when the same people need help you disappear! Now we are stuck with a cab we are paying for yet no-one is ready to issue the pre warrant health check which was supposed to be issued when the cab was sold a year ago. Now trying to call everywhere including the Head office in Coventry no-one is ready to assist we are being thrown everywhere like rugs yet you people are taking our money every month. Don’t even know where to go now it’s been 3 months trying to get just a paper. Without that paper the Cab cant be fixed. Now we need to return this CAB seeking for any legal advice on how to go about this. I wonder how you people sleep at night stealing thousands of peoples money yet you don’t do what you’re supposed to. You are thieves! Please domeone help where i can report these scammers! Including the liars sitting in that convent office who has been lying left right centre! Fo you actually go to bed and have a good sleep knowing you are getting richer yet someone is suffering because of you! Someone please assist where i can report this please! my email aarontaxis at gmail dot com number +44 7949 865949

BUYER BEWARE if your thinking of purchasing an LEVC taxi through this Company ( Levc finance ) think long and hard they will not back you if anything goes wrong. And if you default when it all goes wrong where taxi cant be used they will show you as defaulting on payments.

Having a VN5 now for two weeks has proved to be quirky, confusing, awkward and doubtful, but now I’ve learnt the unique facts and it’s features properly I have to say I’m actually loving it.

The warranty on their vehicles depends on the mood of the company .
They warranty is not the same as other vehicles manufacturers.
The often refuse warranty work for silly excuses.
Their vehicles would not survive competitive competition and if monopolies of London and some other cities are removed they would go under very quickly.
