I have been leasing cars from SG Fleet for 10 years. The customer service is always above and beyond with no quibbles, efficient and courteous. Would highly recommend.

My contact Harbinder was very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable around the whole process of EV purchase.
He talked me through the whole process and the delivery went without a hitch, I always felt confident that Harbinder and his team would deliver and they certainly did that.

Very professional and helpful Customer Service Officer
I had a very positive experience with Samantha Hill from SG Fleet. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout.
I encountered some inspection and handover issues before returning my car to the leasing company, and Samantha handled my case with great professionalism. She listened patiently, quickly gathered the relevant facts and internal information, and provided clear suggestions, sensible options, and practical ways to deal with my situation.
Her excellent support made a stressful situation much easier to manage. She is one of the best customer service professionals I have ever come across in the UK. I truly appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend her based on this experience.

Super service, highly recommended
Kirsten was super helpful with my query and followed up in writing to confirm the details. This was also followed up the next day with a call to confirm everything was as agreed. Brilliant service and clearly a business that goes the extra mile in terms of customer service and satisfaction.
