Outstanding customer service throughout our trip

I had a very good experience booking my trip to Iceland through Levifly Travel Agents. They arranged my hotel, guided tours, and transport services, and everything was organised very well. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. They were always helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with.

What I particularly appreciated was their support during the trip itself. We had an incident where one of our tour pickups was delayed, and Levifly quickly contacted the tour company in Iceland and made sure we were picked up as soon as possible. That level of service and reassurance made a big difference and showed that they genuinely care about their customers.

I’m very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Levifly Travel Agents to anyone looking to book a trip with confidence.

Iceland trip

My friend and I went to Iceland for a four day trip hoping to catch the northern lights. The team at LeviFly booked our entire itinerary for us. Including transport to and back from sky lagoon, to see northern lights and south coast tour of Iceland. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. During the trip, there was one day when the bus forgot to pick us up, I was able to get in touch with the team at LeviFly and they responded promptly with a number I could call and I was assigned to the next bus immediately. It was an amazing trip.

Loved it!

I recently returned from a holiday to Kuala Lumpur. The entire booking process was smooth from the beginning. Ken was professional and ensured all my queries were answered. The pricing was very competitive and the arrangements. I would confidently choose this service again for my future travel plans.
