Poor service and unreliable
Promised delivery for saturday when order made friday and paid extra for this. Delivery still hadnt arrived monday and I was advised only way to recieve it was to go pick it up myself from the depot. I advised Lewdan than no one had even attempted to deliver it after they advised me the courier had. The courier was at fault for not actually putting the time to chap the door and wait (it was a sunny day in glasgow). However Lewdan is at fault for poor customer service and accusative tone with customers instead of recognising and taking any ownership for the problem. Furthermore, it shows bad choices made by the company which will ultimately effect the customer.

Hi Yaz,
We went above and beyond to get this parcel to you, you called us late on a Friday and this parcel was attempted at your property 8am the very next day on a Saturday. (Which you didn't pay extra for)
This parcel was not able to be delivered as nobody was at home at the time, you responded to this saying "total BS" but as the photos suggest of your front door the courier was there at 8:51am and unfortunately nobody answered we can't control this outcome im very sorry.
As for the poor customer service comment I find that very unfair you called us early this morning, we tracked your parcel to your local depot and told you us can come down early morning to collect so it did not hold up your project any longer.
You mention taking ownership for the problem? but there wasn't a problem it was solely down to nobody being home.
We cooperated with everything you wanted we are taking the parcel back and refunding your money. (all in the space of 4 hours)
Ultimately Yaz nobody was home and unfortunately you missed the delivery that's what has caused this issue.

Best price for non woven geo-textile…
Best price for non woven geo-textile membrane. Will be ordering again when I need more. Only downside was delivery was a pain, and the courier placed it under next door hedge!

Really great products and service
Really great service. I like how they cut the geotextile membrane to size, it really saved me a lot of money. In most other places you have to buy the whole roll. Delivery was fast too. I would use their service again.
