As a DIYer taking on my first patio project, I was recommended Stone & Porcelain in St Helens, and I'm so glad I chose them.

From my very first visit, I met Jess, the supervisor, who took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Despite being busy assisting other customers, she always made sure I received the attention and support I needed throughout the project.

Jess went above and beyond, providing expert guidance, recommending high-quality alternative products that saved me money, arranging deliveries on time, and helping with my split delivery requests. What really stood out was her excellent memory and attention to detail, so I never had to repeat myself or explain things twice.

I was particularly impressed when one tile was missing from a split delivery. Instead of leaving it unresolved, Jess personally made a special trip and delivered the tile in her own car. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days.

The staff truly make the company shine, but the products are equally impressive. The quality of the porcelain tiles and all the other materials supplied was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the finished result.

A fantastic company with exceptional customer service, quality products, and staff who genuinely care about their customers. 10/10 from me. Highly recommended!

Jay and the staff are very friendly and honest with what is required.

The stone we got is not only top quality but they also beat the contractors costs with Travis Perkins.

Would highly recommend and will certainly use again in the future.

To add to that, this company was happy to sell a single indian stone instead of being held to a minimum Quantity other providers insist on.

The delivery cost is very reasonable too.

Excellent customer service. Every query via email of which there were quite a few, answered super fast. Jay was my contact throughout so no hassle with having to deal with different people every time. He was always friendly and polite in his messages with very good product knowledge.
Ordering was easy and the limestone slabs (good quality and price) delivered on the scheduled date.

Been using them years

The range and quality of tiles on offer was a major plus compared to other companies that we visited for tiles. What mostly impressed us was the help and service that we received as soon as we came to Stone and Porcelain. Jess was amazing and really helped us to make our decisions by showing products that compliment each other. She then took my emai and sent us photos of our chosen tile that had been done on previous jobs which really helped us to visualise the tile in the garden and evengave us more ideas as to the design of our garden. Communication was very friendly, quick and effective. Thank you!

Just wanted to leave a review to say how fantastic Jess at stone and porcelain was, communicationwas spot in., although our orginal ordered arrived damaged (delivery company issue) Jess helped us out and got a replacement out to is as soon as possible so we only had to delay the job by a few days.

A nightmare from start to finish. Firstly they cancelled my original order due to a pricing error on their website. I ordered an alternative which was delivered the following week and had a significant amount of tiles shattered to pieces and they only replaced part of the damaged goods (one of the replacements also damaged!!!), not the full amount. Customer service absolutely appalling, order with caution!

Nice selection of stone and porcelain, easy to find place. What made the experience outstanding was Jess, the office supervisor. She was pleasant, helpful, able to explain everything in plain terms so we could make an informed decision. She was armed with samples and made sure we have all the costs, derails and everything we need.

Answered queries promptly, samples arrived next day and delivery scheduled two days from order.

Fantastic value for money

I am delighted with the service I received. I spoke to Jay in sales who was efficient and set my order up for me, I explained I needed the order ASAP and was told he would do his best, order arrived first thing next day, simply can not ask for better service than that. Old school customer service and I would highly recommend this company.

Really good company to deal with, very helpful with my questions and quantities required. Product arrived on time as promised, most important now it's laid it looks great. Special shout out to Jess in the office who was fantastic
