Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Purchased £400 porcelain tiles and phoned for advice on fitting the tiles. Whomever I spoke to was helpful, but took my number and said they will return my call later the afternoon. They never called, so I emailed asking the same questions. Jordan responded with "Sorry we cant advise anything on this as we ae suppliers and each garden and landscapers are different. Hopefully, you get sorted." and when asking for more information about the advice the previous person gave me on the phone about MOT and slurry, Jordan responded "I would advise Google or YouTube that’s where you will find all the information.". I won't do business with you again.

Dear Cornéll Kortenhoeven, much appreciate your comments. Unfortunately we are Suppliers of Porcelain and Paving products, undeniably claims on our website. "Shop our wide rage on Natural stones products and Porcelain to help improve and enhance your outdoor space”. Ideally Jordan has stipulated unfeigned opinion stating not to give imprecise remark where we are not certified in Industry for installation. Landscapers who Install products conventional bases will have a worthier knowledge and understanding how in accurate these needs to be done, predominantly you might have one who is about to install these I accredit. They (Landscapers) be biased to administer detailed videos through various social media platforms to inspire and uplift others. I am truly disheartened that we could not furnish the outstanding benefit you expected. I am delighted the products you bought are in good aspect. Once again we at Stone and Porcelain can only apologies for thee inconvenience caused.
