The delivery of my canvas orders is slow and inconsistent. This is a good product and I would like to continue using but I am look for an alternate
My sells rep Jason is the very best and always tries to fix this problem but there is only so much he can do.

The packaging was absolutely terrible…
The packaging was absolutely terrible and it’s a miracle that the box of paper arrived undamaged. I could send you pictures showing your packaging and then showing you the packaging from another company from whom I buy a different kind of paper. The difference is day to night I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of supplies from LexJet and I do appreciate the pricing they give. I’ve complained about packaging before and nothing seems to get through to the shipping department, no matter from where the product originates. It is the only complaint I have about LexJet, but it is significant.

Very Happy Small Business!
I have dealt with many sales people over 20 years. I have been very impressed with the level of service my current sales rep, Terry Brown, has provided. I am working from a very small volume company but that hasn't mattered at all. There was one occasion we really needed material asap and he was able to help immediately. This means the world to not be brushed off because you don't order 1,000's of rolls at a time. Thank you!
