Bought Office Home and Business For MAC and installed perfectly. Didn't need any help. Downloading and followed the step by step plan.

I purchased a Microsoft Office licence advertised through Wowcher, expecting a normal activation key or account-bound licence - the advert specifically promised an activation key to use online.

Instead, I received instructions involving ZIP file downloads and a different installation process from what I expected. This raised concerns, so I did not install or activate anything and requested a refund.

The response was to explain that this was an “alternative channel” and offer technical support or remote installation. However, I would not be comfortable giving remote access to my computer to an unknown third party after already having concerns about the process.

My issue is simple: the product and process supplied did not match what I reasonably believed I was purchasing, and a straightforward refund request has become far more difficult than it should have been.

A better response would have been to acknowledge the customer’s concerns and review whether the product matched the advert. The response has felt like a “the customer is wrong” approach, focused on defending their practices rather than responding to the issue.

Bought a software program from Licenseplace and had an issue with the running of the software. Sent an email to them which was responded to extremely quickly and soon had a remote session programmed in. Harry From their tech team delt with the problem extremely efficiently and had the issue resolved within a few minutes.
First rate service, would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Pure scammers
Pretending to be legit but obviously cracked files by passing authenticator software.
When challenged on this they asked for proof and when given proof they keep denying.
