Excellent communication and customer service. I made a mistake installing software and encountered an error, but they arranged a support phone call and remote session and resolved it within minutes. Very professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I am very pleased with all aspects and happy to recommend them to all.

I was having issues with my AutoCad 26 and after, (although 20 mins late), a very very long phone call and screen share session the amazing tech guy installed 27 for me and fixed the issue. mindblowingly good free service for such a low cost software. I litrally dont know how they do it!

I have just had the best help ever from Harry who helped me enormostly to install a programme into my laptop.
He did it by using a remote desktop and I could see every thing he did as he worked my laptop. Fantastic help with my problem. I fully recommend Harry and his company.

Excellent value - I did need to get the product activated as it wasn't done when I bought it, so that's why it's 4 stars rather than 5. But I did get a support call with a nice chap on a Saturday who helped fix it and get it up and running
