We love your product and have been using it for years.
The rating I give is due to the fact that you only use FedEx as your delivery Channel. They constantly lose packages leave them at the wrong address or dump them near the roadside which is 1200 ft away from our house even though instructions on their website indicate that it should be delivered to the front door. Is extremely frustrating and we have told other vendors,successfully, to use other means of shipping. I hope you will review your list of vendors that could provide shipping and provide other alternatives

Package was damaged with a sticky smelly substance on packaging as well as outside box was damaged and had holes in it. First time in almost 12 years we’ve had an issue. Need a replacement asap but can’t contact until Monday. Called but couldn’t leave a msg. Did send an email. Hoping this will be resolved as soon as possible.
