Yet another cookie cutter AI generated response
This .co.uk website does not make it clear that they are a Netherlands based company. The customer help telephone number is immediately dropped by the network with a mildly snotty message when attempting to call it from the UK. Not at all helpful when trying to contact them to assist with a misdelivered shipment.
The usual boast about customer service that is made deliberately difficult to access when it is actually needed. In particular, they do not publish an email address (or indeed a working telephone number that can be called from the UK) - but try to force you to use a contact form with the upfront warning that they may get around to responding, if they can be bothered, within 24 hours or, worse still, attempt to force you to interact with that much hated abomination the 'chatbot'! An outrageous practice being increasingly routinely adopted by more and more companies.
Yet another cookie cutter AI generated response that is pretty well identical to the zillions of others all across the site which the Trustpilot AI service generates on behalf of its client companies. A human being doesn't even see these reviews and they could not care less in actual practice.

Very easy to order and quick delivery with a good price only slight criticism is one of the bulbs that I ordered did not work and when going through the site to report it was very complicated and ask for a number I couldn't find but not going to fall out over a cheap bulb 😂

Very slow delivery, uk company but product came from Netherlands even though it said in stock for immediate delivery. Wouldn't have ordered if I had know it was going to take that long. Good lights and works well, good price aswell.
