Outdoors lights received and seem very good quality
Lights received as described and seem to be of a very good quality. Delivery tracking was a bit hit and miss due to selecting Royal Mail however the customer service team were very quick to advise me on the progress of my order.

Very disappointing product and return experience as a sample before…
I bought one lamp as a sample before purchasing the other five I needed, which I'm glad I did. Unfortunately, the lamp looks cheaply painted and arrived with a scratch, so it isn't suitable for what I wanted.
What is particularly disappointing is how difficult it is to find clear information about returning the item. The company being based in the Netherlands is not made sufficiently clear, and returning the lamp appears to involve additional cost and considerable difficulty for a UK customer.
Had I known how complicated the return process would be, I would not have ordered. I am now left with an unsuitable lamp that I may have to give away or dispose of. Very disappointing experience, particularly for a company selling to UK customers

The lamp is of good quality
The lamp is of good quality, and was very well protected during transit. The instructions were relatively clear, although the typeface is a little small for older eyes. It took a little longer for delivery to me than I had expected but by no means was it a long delivery time.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour so used the on line chat several times and received no response from the company each time. I followed the instructions on the return process it shows it’s been received but not received any refund yet over 3 weeks. I won’t order again based upon this !!

Not a UK company
Might be a dropshipping AI generated website. The coms are very poor.
Not a UK company. Dispatched 3 days later than they should have, FROM THE NETHERLANDS and once dispatched had to go through CUSTOMS. 12 downlights missing out of 18 ordered. (Right amount of bulbs though???). They claim all sorts of conflicting time scales for contacting them and, rather sneakily, say they may take up to 48 WORKING HOURS to respond. This means they could take 5 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY DON'T SELL ANYTHING SPECIAL YOU CAN'T BUY EASILY ELSEWHERE IN THE UK. IF YOU DO ORDER USE YOUR CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN DO A CHARGE BACK OR A SECTION 75.
FUTHER UPDATE:- They are now claiming that they sent the lights in 2 parcels. Strange that DPD say they haven't got the second one yet. They saw me complaining that they hadn't sent them all and rushed to send out the rest. I hate it when companies are dishonest in this way.
So I tried to return, as they state is my right, but they have the order on the returns page as only 6 lights when I bought, received and wish to return 18. I went through the whole returns process only to be left with a message that says I can not return them.
