Always have fun searching the washi wall. So many beautiful washi and stickers to pick from.

Lighthouse Paper Co has great customer service and a wide assortment of products from gifts to higher end fountain pens and paper products. The store is arranged nicely and has plenty of lighting. Needless to say I have been a repeat customer over the years!

My package was beautifully put together and shipped out very quickly. The items I ordered were lovely, and exactly as shown on the website. The owners are delightful people who add a lot to the journal and planner community. It's a pleasure to shop at Lighthouse Paper Co. - both in store AND online!

My initial impression of Lighthouse was very positive, I valued having a local establishment for paper goods. However, my subsequent experiences have been significantly negative. On several occasions, upsetting incidents occurred, yet no apology or acknowledgement was ever extended to me.

I encountered passive-aggressive behavior from the owner, characterized by contempt, consistent sarcasm, and a generally nasty attitude. These interactions led me to believe that there is a pattern of encouraging unkind behavior within the business, fostering an environment that felt akin to a "mean girls" dynamic. This was particularly concerning in light of their disregard for abusive behavior by teachers they hire.

It is my sincere hope that this feedback encourages the ownership to reflect on their values and customer service approach, as well as the overall atmosphere they cultivate for patrons.

I love this store so much. It is my absolute ”go-to” for planners, gifts, writing instruments, stationery, etc. I tell everyone about it. Not only that, the proprietors are lovely and so helpful. Don’t miss this local business!

The owners are very friendly and helpful, often offering a cup of coffee when you enter. They are also very knowledgeable about their products, and you can tell they enjoy what they do.

Such a fantastic store and an absolute must to visit if you live in Brevard or are visiting. The staff are so friendly and personable and there are so many fun and beautiful products! There's stationary, journals, stickers, washi tap, pens, and other various goodies and office supplies. I could, and probably have, spent at least an hour in store browsing everything they have and still would have more to see the next visit. As a bonus they have so many great things from Japan!

Visiting Lighthouse is always a treat--they are both such amazing, kind, and fun people. I love the community they've built for us stationery lovers. And I never leave empty-handed; there are too many amazing treats to leave with nothing.
