I had a week of nightmare with an incompetent Account manager that block my account even if I was overpaid.
I have been escalate the case and raise the concern, till I was transferred to a Success Customer Manager that truly listen and solve the case turning the bad experience in a solution.

Old review, 1 star: Asking constantly for more money, once paid they are playing around blocking the account.
Customer service not able to fix nothing from back office let u spend hours with no resault.
I was a customer for 5y, but now this software become an expensive useless joke.

Dear Kim, I have been contacted by Tom and we find out that I was wrongly double invoiced, Account (paid) blocked and no care from the Account Manager.
Are you proud of it?
No care showed, I will waiting for your CS specialist action.

Lightspeed are truly awful

If I could give 0 stars I would. Vend was very good but since being taken over by Lightspeed things are truly appalling. They put my epos bill up from £89 per month to £139 per month with no notice or explanation and now it seems they will do whatever they can to penalise me because I wont put my card processing through them. They have informed me that there will be "cost implications" if I don't go with them and these will kick in from the 1 September 2023 which gave me 6 weeks to decide what to do. When I asked what the penalty would be if I didn't process payments through them, they told me my monthly fee will go from £139 to £200! Their tactics are frankly bordering on criminal.
It now does not matter what Lightspeed have to say, I will be leaving them as I have no wish to deal with an organisation that employ bullying tactics when dealing with their paying customers. I would advise anyone looking at Lightspeed to STAY AWAY and look elsewhere. I am now in the position of having a very short timescale to find a new epos provider, migrate over and retrain staff. Lightspeeds behaviour is nothing short of shocking and they have zero integrity.
No doubt they will respond to this review by saying that they cant seem to trace my account. They seem to say this to anyone that leaves a negative review. They are a truly awful organisation.

EDIT 1 October 2023 - If I thought things could not get worse with Lightspeed I was wrong. It now transpires that the £200 will be on top of the £139 that I already pay. Absolutely criminal.
