The delivery driver was helpful and did a great job. The cabin fitters were exceptional and very professional. It only took two days to install and ready to use. Excellent quality cabin

Firstly, the cabin (453) we purchased is a really great build.
Secondly, what a lovely company to deal with: the initial sales conversations with the wonderful Lynne. The follow-ups when we went back as we changed our mind on the model, plus choosing the paint colour and flooring, the team were helpful and friendly.
To lastly, Mark who built the cabin (on his own in 1.5 days!!!) and Dave who Installed the flooring, both were professional, friendly and helpful.
One minor issue, we missed a link to pay for the paint, so that wasn't ready when installation was completed, but partly our fault too!

A fantastic 360 Cabin from Lillevilla, as far as I’m concerned their Cabins are best on the Market. Ben, Chloe at the show site, White Elm Nursery were great, explained everything and never too busy to chat on the phone or on site the several times I visited them. Also Colin & the team in Scheduling, Delivery & Logistics, very quick & efficient delivery by Ed. The fitters John & Tom were Superb..! Up and built in 2 days. Now all painted and looks great, just a few more coats and done.

It's lovely to see such professionalism, passion and pride in the work that all the people did at Lillevilla from delivery and through the build including all the finishing off and flooring. I was particularly impressed at the speed and accuracy everyone worked at. When we found that one of the windows wasn't quite right, they had a guy come the following morning with a brand new window of appropriate size and he fitted it there and then single-handed. I would not hesitate to recommend Lillevilla to anyone thinking of getting an outside room. If you connect with them at one of their shows you may find that cost is very reasonable too compared to it's rivals. We are using ours as a versatile space for entertaining, games and an office. Thanks again Lillevella, keep up the good work.

It was refreshing to have a fitter who had pride in his work and a close attention to detail, something that seems to be rare these days. So Thankyou to mark for being different to the norm. The cabin itself is very robust and well designed and the only niggle I have is that some of the pre cut lengths were a bit splintery on the ends. Nothing that affects the performance of the cabin, just annoying as it means unsightly ends or more prep before painting.

3 years ago we bought and built ourselves your largest cabin. So we knew we were getting a great product and service when we chose their smallest cabin this time.
This time you were able to offer lovely lads to build it for us! They were brilliant and the structure was up in a day.

We had the paint delivered a head of the cabin and when we found the pots had leaked Lillevilla Colin made sure the paint company replaced them.

My only criticism is that it would be helpful to include primer in the package.

The summer house was delivered on time and the house was installed by one engineer over two days. The quality of the materials and installation is very good. Even my carpenter was impressed.

They were really helpful from the first phone call ton the last nail going in I would recommend them any time

The first visit to White Elm site ensured we made a return a few days later. We were following up a recommendation.
being able to see all the buildings constructed and in use was a great assistance to us. Having settled on the 443 the offers were good and friendly with no need for hard bargaining and all questions were answered in a knowledgeable and thorough manner.
Follow up phone calls and visit to settle up were also an enjoyable experience, improved by the host environment with it's nursery and excellent cafe.
Lead time was good, better than expected.
The delivery driver was very accommodating, going to turn truck so loads could be tidily lifted over off the drive itself.
Mark the cabin builder is beyond superlative. We have never seen such an efficient and hard worker. Extremely friendly and helpful with advice for care and maintenance.
We are glad we followed the recommendations to visit.
