Limelight Packages Mall has the worst staff I have ever encountered—rude, untrained, and lacking basic etiquette. It was the worst experience ever. I will never shop at Limelight again and will make sure my entire family avoids it as well.

Very bad experience with Limelight i ordered on April 3rd and they send email order expected on April 14 but i didn't received the order after 4 days i email and messages they said your order returned by courier will send you a voucher for used only for online that's not fair I have already bad experience with online why I am going to waste my time again. I want refund my money.

My sister recently purchased from them, and we are extremely disappointed with the quality of the items. The material is very poor and feels cheap, nothing like what was advertised or expected. She was really excited about her purchase, but after receiving the items, it was clear they would not last long. The fabric is flimsy, and the stitching doesn't seem durable. It's frustrating to pay for something that doesn't meet basic quality standards. We will not be buying from here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not worth the money due to bad quality and unprofessional customer service. Please do not buy anything from here.

I recently ordered from Limelight, expecting good quality for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The dresses I received were cheaply made, with low-quality fabric and poor stitching—definitely not worth the high price they charge. The images on their website are misleading, and the actual products look nowhere near as good.

For the amount I spent, I expected much better. Sadly, this feels like a rip-off. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for genuine quality.

Avoid Limelight at All Costs!
Limelight is a total scam - they charge extortionate prices for ridiculously poor quality clothes! Their fabric resembles cheap polyester and falls apart quickly, stitching is sloppy and uneven, coming undone everywhere. Sizes are completely inaccurate - I ordered multiple sizes and all were wrong! Colors bleed and fade after a single wash, and to top it off, customer service ignores complaints and offers ZERO support. Limelight clearly prioritizes profits over people - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

There is no option less then one star otherwise they don’t deserve one star. Ordered two dresses really disappointed to see they are very low quality fabric and very rough stitching also not true to size 😡😡 not recommended at all stay away please

Zero Star for this fraudulent brand, sent me wrong items then asked me to return. After accepting them kept denying we haven't received yet, I tracked the pracel and showed them screenshot of the pracel received by Faisal a week ago. Then after few days they agreed items were received. Now it's been a month holding my voucher Rs 39,000 Harami customer service team keep lieing everyday on calls and WhatsApp it will be issue today like in few hours oh we have sent you check your spam or Junk, oh we have sent code on your number and its no where to be FOUND....Now I think they have scammed me. I have been a regular customer of Limelight for a long time and have always loved your products. However I have recently noticed that the quality of the fabric has declined. After just a few washes, the clothes are losing color and the material feels different.

Misdealing . ordered white suit been sent cream colour .got reply from them colour may vary on picture. But description said white not willing to exchange or refund my advice pls never shop with them

I received my online order yesterday, the trousers size wasnt ok the zip as stucked somewhere and i ordered small size which i usually wear but the waist band of this trouser was so small that it wasnt fitting at all, i called their customer service they said it will be exchanged from outlet i went to their MM alam outlet(flagship store) but they said they dont have this article it can't be changed , i called their customer service which assured that this article is sold out and its impossible to exchange it as per our policy sales items cant be exchnged now this trouser is waste for me , i have been shopping from limelight from 10 years but their recent policies dissapointed me alot i will never shop again from them . Good bye limelight forever with your pethetic customer service
