Horrible and SHITiee SERVICE. I order 2 suit pieces on June 4 for eid. First I never got any update on my phone for the package being sent out for delivery or ready for shipment. Once it was passed delivery date, when I checked it says it was already delivered. All delivery people use OTP but neither did I get one or anybody came home to deliver it. On the page for the updates it said it was already delivered with some random persons NIC number. I called them to complaint, first they said someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I never heard back and now it's been 3 months. I've emailed them, called them and even spoke to the supervisor. Best is that they say since there's an NIC number on it, they are investigating it. Seems like the delivery person was fraud because they can't even get a hold of him. Clearly this is how they make people by ripping people of there hard work money. Terrible people

Also like to say limelight is doing a terrific le job because they wrote a nasty email saying it's not there fault and I shuld email the courier company after telling them its been almost 3 months they were of no help!

Very pathetic quality of dress just one time wear and paste print is totally remove money waste and customer service is too much bad
And his staff is too much irresponsible never try to solve customer complain just give next and next date but nothing is done with complain and in last tell its not our policy

Ordered on 24th May, was told the parcel has been delivered. When queried with customer services, they said they would look into it. It is now 19th June, still no response and no parcel! Total scam, do not order from them. And, still not heard back!! Avoid!

Bouncers were asshloles and wouldn’t let us in even though we payed for tickets and were not intoxicated. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND!!

All my dear readers. Please do not waste your money here, they do not reply on calls, emails or facebook page. Such a poor and rubbish customer service. Lol Get a better customer service. I am going to sue this company for not being truthful to their customers. Third class customer service. Limelight PK needs to shut down now . Enough is enough….

Thair staff looks like road shop not branded shop. Very bad experience their staf untrained and third class dont know how to deal with customers. Yesterday i went lime light iqbal twon for shopping on uper floor one boy man named jawad standing on counter he is misbehave with customers. I am complained against him but their branch manager dont take any action again him also they dont tell me his code.

I am a regular customer of limelight but this time i was busy and couldn’t check the clothes completely i only checked from outside and when i opened it for stitching found a big hole and now limelight is not changing it as per their policy if a person doesn’t check the item within 2 days they don’t even claim their own product i have the pictures of their response there is no place to upload screenshots of the chat

I recently buy three suit with order no LL4368880,

they deliver deliver Damage suit and there was no Dupatta in one suit

I really wanted to like this experience but unfortunately it was a bad one. This was the first time for me buying from limelight.pk and unfortunately they made a big mistake on the order.
1. Instead of using DHL (which is clearly stated on their website), they used Skynet Express.
2. Instead of the parcel coming to myself, it ended up in another state , with another person (luckily she called me and told me that my parcel was with her). After that, her parcel(which she ordered from limelight.pk) came to me. She did try to lodge a complain but unfortunately they are terrible at replies.
3. We both had to pay extra for postage to send the parcels to each other.
4. Quality of the clothes is okay. Stitching is not great.
Lesson learned- I will never buy online from this shop again and will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Ordered online didn’t received a confirmation email but they charged me. I’ve been contacting them for 3 weeks no update on the order they’ve said they’ve escalated it but nothing. How can you not find an order that you have charged a customer for using the order number and all other details provided. Don’t order from them unless you want to get scammed. Lodging a dispute with my bank. Get better customer service!

Lime lite Totally 3rd class Company even they 3rd class products . Consumer services very poor . They don't reply on Email , waiting a lot over the phone . Then finally they said don't exchange it . When you buying the items then they don't mention about exchange. Don't buy the stuff with them Poor Quality & poor fittings.

WILL NOT answer any emails, no phone number, no customer service at all.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! Ordering was easy enough, they are happy to take your money. When it comes to customer service it is non existent! I ordered in August and have not had any updates and nothing has been sent. I have emailed 3 times, messaged on Facebook twice and Instagram once. No response to anything at all. Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT ORDER!! Save your hard earned cash and go elsewhere!

Ordered a birthday present from this company. Still has not arrived. Have messaged customer service twice and have been ignored both times. Left message on Facebook page and all you get is an automated message telling you to contact customer service.
There is no telephone number to speak to anyone on so I cannot even request a refund. Absolutely rubbish company and I highly do NOT recommend anyone buys anything from them
