A great experince purchasing my Reclining Smart Chair. I visited the premises twice, first for a test drive but had to wait several months before purchasing due to the delay with changing from a Motability WAV to a large SUV with a hoist. Lith Tech staff were very knowledgable, friendly, extremely helpful and patient. The chairs are very well made, sturdy and easy to drive/manoeuvre and excellent value. Thankfully no more with very heavy acid batteries and range anxietycompared to my previous old chair. I visited another company in the Midlands but their chairs were certainly not as well made as sturdy Lith Tech chairs. Lith Tec come highly recommended.

It has been a great and positive experience dealing with Lith Tech Mobility. A special mention to Wil who has been very informative and professional in helping me to choose the right powered wheel chair to suit my needs. Great friendly Customer service - Thank you to Toby and his Team today for seeing us at their office today to check over some issues I was having with my Chair - which we now know it’s totally fine and has put my mind at ease and something we can easily fix ourselves at Home with the tool kit provided. I found Lith-Tech on YouTube when searching for a suitable powered wheelchair. I wasn't sure what type to buy or which company to trust. I looked at several companies but decided to buy from Lith-Tech. My decision was made because the information given was easy to understand, use of wheelchair well explained and price was very good. No problems at all when I phoned to make my purchase and after full advice I made my choice. Delivery was very swift. Very professional site and all my concerns as a first time buyer were dealt with. I am a retired nurse and would recommend Lith-Tech to anyone seeking responsible Company and professional advice re types of chairs and suitability to the customer with safety to the fore.

A month ago I hadn't even heard of LIth-Tech but I have now bought my first powerchair from them and I feel it was custom made for me and my needs not just now but it's future proofed. I was made to feel special and that it was important that I got the right equipment.
I initially enquired about a boot lift but now know this wouldn't have been right for me but I thought all powerchairs were the same - I was so wrong.
My enquiries were dealt with by Paul and he looked after me so well he couldn't have been more helpful. There are also so many helpful online videos which explain so much and I would recommend watching some if not all.
I ordered one day and it was delivered the next day everything just as described.
I wont hesitate if I need anything in the future to contact them.

I ordered over the phone, thought I needed to order the more expensive model but on me explaining my medical problems and issues I was promptly advised that I did not need the model I asked for and advised on which wheelchair I actually needed. He was right 100%. The chair itself is amazing, I certainly put it to the test by visiting Edinburgh zoo one of the most gradient hilly places in Edinburgh, made well before gradient laws came into play. I had the accessible map and on hills they advised not to go on which I obviously did and the wheelchair managed no problem. Very impressed customer.

Once again Toby came up trumps, explaining what I needed and how to find it in the online shop.
The products came by next day post, instructions top notch so all back to good order very quickly.

After being supplied the wrong battery model version for a spare and had an issue where it blew the charger they were very quick to help me sort this and replace the charger after it blew as well as battery.

They were patient with me as im autistic and struggle to process written information so we had calls and recorded videos to help with my communication needs. They have constantly been great with me whenever I call to aska question, amazing staff and service all around.

I was treated very well and all the staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining which things would help me to feel comfortable in my new wheelchair as I have to be in it all day it's very comfortable and 2of my neighbors have got one and highly recommended your place Thank-you

Very efficient in ensuring the product was suitable to my needs and very honest in reducing default international shipping charge from £100 to £25 as the item was small and lightweight.

Will was great in getting me a better chair. This is completely changed my life and made me more independent without having to rely on people pushing me. outstanding customer service. Treated with respect and kindness but not patronising. I’ve got the upgraded smart chair one and it’s great.

Replacement joystick controller
Newer controller has different charging socket than the original. Problem sorted with a small adapter cable, after small glitch with the shipping company.
All problems sorted by very helpful LITH-TECH support team using WhatsApp.
