First class Customer Service excellent company:
Can’t fault this company I do find it hard shopping online making sizeable purchases with a company who I’m not familiar with it can feel daunting: this company from Start to finish were brilliant. Ordered a pram Friday and it was due to be delivered on the Monday which was great super fast service. Unfortunately DPD delivered a day early when I wasn’t home only leaving half the order and stating the rest had been left at my post office which it hadn’t. After many phone calls between myself and DPD and myself and little Peas it was resolved. Laura at Little Peas couldn’t have been more helpful. She put my mind at ease and dealt with the situation. The pram thankfully was delivered on the Monday as DPD had originally stated not sure what happened, my pram was never as stated sent to my post office I went up twice. Delivery confirmation said left with a neighbour but then had post office address and the picture to prove postage was a shot tight on of the box, all these things and the ring doorbell showing the driver only came to the door with one package when two were due did cause me to be concerned. I needed the pram urgently for a flight at the weekend as needed a pram I could take on the flight. A good outcome but a stressful weekend worrying I wasn’t going to get the pram on time and concerned it wasn’t where it had said it was.

Won't go anywhere else for a car seat!
Have used little peas twice now when my child has outgrown his car seat/moved onto the next stage and I'll continue to use and recommend them. Their knowledge in car seats is great, too many retailers have no idea about car seat safety so I feel reassured when I reach out to Little Peas as they really know what they're talking about and they've always been really helpful and given me great advice.

HUGELY RECOMMENDED - experienced and helpful team
I've bought all my car seats from Little Peas. The team is hugely knowledgeable and helpful. If you have any question at all, or need any help choosing the right seat for you, you can call and they really know their stuff. We had a mix up with an order and they went out of their way to resolve it for us. Pricing is also excellent.

Hi Rashid, thank you for your feedback, we genuinely appreciate it. However when you placed your order the item was out of stock and it did state this on our website. We had an estimated shipment date of around two weeks from when you placed the order, having checked our system we did fall outwith this estimate by 3 working days although we do state of the site that this is an estimate and there is always a risk of slippage, particularly during the Black Friday period where the courier networks are stretched. Ultimately, yes we did fall outwith our estimate by a couple of days, which we understand is frustrating. We hope this does not put you off ordering from us again, all the estimates that we give are given in good faith. All the best, Team Little Peas
