I’ve tried most of the available versions of Goats Kefir that are for sale on the internet but in my view the best, in every respect (taste, quality, deliver and cost) is the one from Live Kefir Company. Many of the others which I’ve tried, in my view, really don’t compare and are more expensive. To top it off, their customer service is first class, resolving any minor issues I may have had.

So happy me and my partner found this wonderful company. Their goat milk kefir is really tasty and enjoyable to have every morning. We have both really felt a big difference now after a few months of regular drinking.

Really not for me this product, not sure if the shipping time that took 4 days ( this was totally my fault ) has made the coconut milk go a bit off. I am trying to use high grade kefir to deal with ongoing stomach probs as the Dr’s methods just never work long term.

It really didn’t sit well in my gut compared to other kefirs, made me a tad uncomfortable digesting.

Just giving an honest review, pricey and quality was not what I was expecting

Arrived spoilt as all packaging ice had melted and then left in the sun but after numerous emails with company they finally understood and gave me a refund, thank you.

The Live Kefir Company provide excellent products and have been very helpful in their guidance on the most suitable product to use - in my case - Coconut Kefir.
I would recommend their products highly

Small friendly company with a good product

I ordered a lot of 4 bottles from Live Kefir, thrilled at the idea of getting 'the real thing' with 'real' kefir grains in order to improve a rather chaotic intestinal state of affairs! I did have great expectations!
The bottles arrived well packaged, and cushioned in adequate cooling wrapping. I immediately put the 4 bottles in the fridge, where they remained for about 3 days.
I then decided to try this 'real' kefir and see how it compared to supermarket bought one. I proceeded to open the 1st one with excited anticipation, but, as soon as I proceeded to unscrew the top, the latter was literally blown out from within my fingers with a 'woosh', and the entire content fizzed out of the bottle, like a white volcano, spilling out over the work surface and onto the floor! Quite a lot of work to mop up, as it was neither just liquid nor solid!
I thought I'd try another bottle, thinking this was just a fluke.. I opened it even more carefully, but exactly the same happened, with the top literally blown out of my hands with a huge fizzing noise and all of the content spilling out and all over the work top and onto the floor!
The remaining 2 bottles are still in the fridge, and I found myself wondering whether they will eventually explode in my fridge!. I think I will carefully open them in a bucket and empty the whole lot in the toilets! So yes, a huge disappointment and a feeling of total letdown due to the initial reaction of the manufacturers!

I did complain to Livekefir, asking for a refund. So far the reply was that there was a warning on the bottles, and an advice given to open the bottles first,before putting them in the fridge. However, the writing on the labels is in such tiny prints that, being a Pensioner with a failing eyesight, I couldn't possibly read them! And also, if you opened them first, before stocking them in the fridge, wouldn't the content then get spoilt? Whichever, I couldn't possibly use any of the 4 bottles I purchased from Live Kefir!

There has been no reaction so far from the manufacturer regarding my request for a refund of the £15 spent on a drink I didn't even get a chance to get a taste of!
