LiveMoor Avis 

Purchased a Hozelock hosepipe online before midday which came with 'guaranteed' next day delivery. Received no follow-up shipping/tracking information and when nothing arrived the following day, I rang LiveMoor and was told that the hosepipe was out-of-stock, on backorder and precise delivery date couldn't be determined. I therefore requested a refund and bought the same item from Amazon for a bit more money. Was told the refund could take anything up to 10 days to process which is ridiculous in this day and age but to be fair to LiveMoor, the refund was credited three days later. I'm sure LiveMoor are normally very good but on this occasion they couldn't deliver on what seemed a very good deal, hence the low score.

I was looking for white paint to paint my front door and was online looking for weather shield, and I came across ( Live Moor) and I was very glad I did.
I bought a tin a whole ten pounds cheaper than Wikics which I would have had to collect. It arrived a day before it was due and to say I was impressed was an understatement, ( Live Moor) was a great find and I would recommend them if you want a great and very quick delivery, I will certainly use them again in the future.

I received my items the process was pretty good the only thing to let it down was the packing I had 2 bottles of liquid just thrown into an empty box with no packaging what so ever it was lucky they were not damaged in transit such a shame would have given 5 stars otherwise

I have always found Livemoor products to be good quality & have received orders without any problems. Whilst they may not have the wide range that I want, anything that I have ordered has been received of good quality & packaging and delivered on time.

I have been asked to review 'a purchase I made'. To my knowledge, I have not made a purchase, except, scouring my memory, I think I purchased some batik wax about 15 years ago. They surely can't be asking me to review that?
If I have unwittingly purchased something from them through another company of a different name, I have no knowledge of it. Maybe they could give me a clue?

Well, I did get the clue. Apparently I made a purchase in 2024, although I thought it was much longer ago than that. The email I received asked me to rate my 'experience with them'.
Racking my brains, I don't recall any problems with the wax, and I remember the prices at that time being reasonable. Sorry I can't say more, as it was even so quite along time ago. It is nice to hear they are still in business, and located in the same county as me.

It was a prety standard experience so to speak.
Only thing was that when I tried to reclaim a £5 discount for my 1st order they directed me towards the fine print of the promo where it said it only applies after a certain value.
What can I say they were right but not so much of a great customer service experience isn't it.

I found just what I was looking for at a very competitive price.
