I used Liverpool auto care for the fitting of two front and rear dashcams.
I used Liverpool auto care for the first time and took 2 Kia EV2 to have front and rear dashcams fitted.
Both cars had the dashcams fitted perfectly with a neat and tidy finish.
You wouldn't know that any bits had been removed to hide the cables.
I met Heidi and Chloe who were both very polite and knowledgeable.
I would recommend Liverpool Auto Care to anybody without hesitation.
They are top notch.

After lots of nervous research
After lots of nervous research, I came across Liverpool Auto care in Atlas Road, Bootle.
I know it’s nuts because scammers are so good at what they do BUT., after several long telephone conversations With Katie, discussing all the details of the upgrades to my micro camper that I wanted done, I was given a price that I was really happy with and I placed a deposit with a plan to drop the van in 3 weeks later.
I was meticulous in my timing as I’m from the Isle of Man and would be getting the ferry over 3 days before my first holiday in my camper. Well , Liverpool Auto Care done exactly what they promised to do and I’m now off on holiday with a switch to charge leisure battery when on hook up. A fabulous diesel heater (mighty task in a tiny van) and a multi media system that includes a reverse camera. I couldn’t be happier. You wouldn’t even know anything had been done as it’s been so expertly carried out. Absolutely over the moon Iam . If you need to entrust you pride and joy camper to someone, then this is the place to go. Massive shout out to Katie.. always on the end of the phone and to the wonderfully skilled fitters. You are amazing. I wish the Isle of Man had you over there. Thank you mega millions, Fiona

We completely understand how nerve-wracking it can be handing over your pride and joy, especially when you’re travelling over from the Isle of Man and relying on everything being completed in time for your holiday!

Airbag Fault
I had a problem with the airbag wiring which was a failure for the Mot. I was given a price for a diagnostic and was worried that the price would be too high, but they completed the repair with no extra charge. I have learned it It is better to go staight to the experts such as these, than others who charge more and do not do as good a job. The staff were very helpful especially kate at the front desk.

Car had an electrical problem
Car had an electrical problem, dropped the off had a full diagnostic check they ordered the part and fixed the fault.
Can’t fault the staff very helpful and friendly, I was kept informed on the progress I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. The team thoroughly inspected my car and rectified the issues-even going above and beyond and undertaking a free health check. I was impressed by the dilligence, that i even had them install a reverse sensor. They were very honest about a reduction in the cost, origionally quoted.
Very positive exoerience at very reasonable prices from professionals who wont try and spin a yarn.

Misfirering
I took my motorhome in for a diagnostic, misfirering. Already had a diagnostic from RAC, they said it was a electrical problem. The RAC said the test on the injectors shown that all 4 gave similar reading. You did another diagnostic and said it was the injectors, but you couldn't fix it. I inquired about a service, I clearly stated not to do the service if you cold not fix the electric issue. You reduced the diagnostic price, but charged me for a service. What is the point on doing a service on a van that is running on three cylinders. Once again a did ask for a service, only if you fixed the issue, which you didn't

Complete rip offs
Complete rip offs. Told my diagnostics would be £65 but they stretched it to 1 and a half hours even though it sat outside for around 25 mins and then charged me £111. The staff was very snotty I would never return to this place. There are much better places out there just Google

The best service from a garage I’ve…
The best service from a garage I’ve experienced. I had a warning light on my Kia Stinger. I called into the office on the Monday, car booked in for the next day. By the afternoon, they had carried out a regen on the car. As a service was due on my car, they offered to do that, which I accepted. The price was reasonable, all the staff from reception right through too collection were helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend.
