Absolutely amazing service! Ordered pink arielle dress for my birthday, wasn’t sure of the shipping time which I enquired about they made sure I would get it for my birthday. My dress came the same week, a lot quicker than I expected. The dress fit perfectly and I made the right choice buying from this company! 100% recommend.

Customs Service is 10/ 10 I made a custom order from my 24th birthday not only does she deliver before the due date would you also receive what is advertised on her Instagram page 10/ 10 I really recommend

The most amazing designer in the UK from custom dresses and outfits to her customer service.

Seller got my dress wrong, I contacted prior to ordering the oriana dress asking for a glitter mesh as well as my measurements as agreed but was give a dress with a white sold mesh which was also not adhering to my measurements. I asked her to send over shipping costs which I stated I will send the dress once the money has come through. I opened a case on PayPal and as clearly stated in PayPal’s t&c’s, until the replacement is given the case remains open which I reiterated, the seller escalated the claim to paypal. Seller was rude told me she doesn’t want to work with me and asked me to send her the dress for a refund, which I was very much cooperative with. Seller kept telling me to stop responding, which is very rude. From the attitude alone I am under the belief that if I sent that dress not only would I not have the product but I wouldn’t get a refund, I would have been scammed and technically still have been scammed. Seller blocked me off on Instagram, people like this give Instagram businesses a bad name, a mistake made on HER end yet I am now stuck with a dress I didn’t ask for with no way of contacting the seller.

I have ordered numerous outfits since coming across this lovely designer on Instagram, some of which have been quite last minute on my front, but she has ALWAYS ensured that they arrive with me on time. The designs and quality of her outfits are absolutely insane, shows how talented she is! I’ve been so impressed previously that she is customising my 21st birthday dress as she never fails to impress!

I ordered a dress for my birthday and it came in time. When I messaged to ask for tracking details I got a quick and helpful response. I absolutely loved my dress, the material was good quality and I got loads of compliments on my outfit!

I made a custom order for a birthday dress with LKS and was absolutely blown away by how perfect the two piece was. I was worried the sizing may not be right because I have a big bust and usually find that dresses I order online do not fit my boob area but this??? This was perfection. It’s the sexiest two piece I have ever owned. It was my first ever order with LKS & she nailed it. My partner was in love with the dress and how it hugged my body. It made me feel confident.
