I had a positive and helpful experience with this brand in the beginning with little to no issues and I was so excited until I received my items for my birthday ( a dress and jumpsuit) the jumpsuit became damaged as soon as I put it on ripping in the leg seam area I also had to adjust it myself and tie it in the back with an elastic band in order for it to fit at the top properly.

The dress was poorly fitting and the sleeve I had asked for had been forgotten on the dress design furthermore the stings snapped as soon as I attempted to tie them through the loops of my dress nearly ruining my birthday party as it wasn't wearable outside and I could only take a picture in it.

Despite this since her customer service had been great I decided to message instead of going online, after messaging her she agreed the quality was poor so I accepted a refund for the dress and sent the jumpsuit back for repairs as I had plans to wear it.

My birthday was in July I sent the jumpsuit back immediately and I had a few responses from her in October saying she would rectify the issues and then I had no reply at all.

So so disappointing and really really annoying considering the fact we had a good customer and client relationship and I was excited to use her again despite the issues with my items . I had to go through my bank to receive a refund and I'm still yet to even get an apology or explanation all my messages where left on "seen" and ignored

Very professional, responded quickly to all my questions and made sure i was satisfied, i can literally have an image in my head and she always seems to make it into reality in her clothing!! Mark my words this brand will be HUGE.

Ordered twice from lks the brand both times my outfits were unreal , quality unreal, fit unreal absolutely perfect! Such a lovely and understanding girl too always perfects the outfit or even makes it even better was so made up with mine Thankyou so much 💗💗💗💗

I have been watching this girl on instagram for a very long time and I had to Dm her and tell her she was doing the damn thing. Her pieces are everything, the colours the design she’s a very lovely girl quick responses. Deep it I’ve ordered 2 sets from her that she released ages ago , I got them for next august cause they are must have they were relevant when first released , relevant when order and for sure will be relevant in august .
