A stunning ruby and diamond eternity ring bought as a 40th wedding anniversary present. From ordering online I had immediate communication from the owner himself. I was a little unsure about purchasing online but was reassured that if I had ordered the wrong size I could return. But my concern was unfounded and I am over the moon with the quality of both the chunkiness of the ring and quality of the stones. My wife had been looking for some time through jewellers for a certain style of ring with no success. So totally out of our comfort zone we looked on line and found the perfect ring from Lloyds. I sent an enquiry at 8 o’clock at night not expecting a reply til the following working day. However I had a reply within 20 mins. That was on Tuesday 21/4/26 the following day I placed an order for the ring it was a birthday gift for my wife. Her birthday was on Friday 24/4/26. Short notice to say the least nevertheless the ring arrived in time. For all of the above reasons I feel that Lloyds family jewellers deserve a 5 star review.
