Great service and communication
The team provided a brilliant service for my house move, despite really poor weather on the day. They were friendly and communicated clearly their approach at all stages. They took great care with everything, and completed the job almost exactly on the estimated timeframe. Would definitely use again.

Well organised, efficient service and quick resolution of a problem
Loads4less did house and garden clearance for us . They and another company were recommended by our estate agent. Their quote was higher but Adam explained how they dealt ethically with materials. He communicated with us every step of the process. All the staff we met were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, they were very hard working and the process was very organised.
Unfortunately I was not present when they finished and some items were not taken from the garden and the carpets were not vacuumed as promised.
When informed Adam apologised and arranged for a man to come and rectify these points which has now been done.
I am very impressed with the pleasant and efficient way our problem was managed.

The loads4less team were absolutely brilliant. Went above and beyond, they were delayed getting to me due to a previous job and my move was their last job on a Friday afternoon, this made no difference to them and the guys continued to work incredibly hard into Friday evening to get my move completed with ease. Great service by a great team, would highly recommend

I approached loads4less for moving home…
I approached loads4less for moving home furniture from storage when I moved to a new home.
Very simple process for quote and then to book.
Shane and Wayne met me at the Location and were great. Friendly, really helpful and worked so hard to move all the furniture to my new home.
Careful to not damage anything and they put down covers to protect my carpets.
Huge thanks, great work.
Would highly recommend.

Large Office Move
I was looking for an office move for my company and approached about 3 different companies to quote. I received 3 quotes back and L4L was the most competitive. They came to visit my premises to discuss my needs and my concerns and confirmed everything to me prior removal. We had 2 large lorries arrive early on the day of collection and the 3 guys were amazing. They were careful with all our items and were pleasant to deal with. Everything was packed with care , attention and arrived safety the other end. I cannot recommend them enough for there service, there removal team and there price and I would fully recommend them for any job you have.

Troy and his team were absolutely amazing! There were complications on the day, but they were patient and professional and reassured us that they would not leave until the job was done. They were with us from 9.00am until 10.00pm. Troy, Steven and Wayne were great, and we would highly recommend.

Avoid Loads4Less — Terrible Service and No Accountability
I hired Loads4Less for a simple pack-and-deliver job, and it was a complete disaster. The driver packed everything, yet the company later falsely claimed I had packed the items myself, despite written confirmation that packing materials would be provided (emails available). My belongings were stacked with no protection, causing scratches and damage to electronics — which the company dismissively called “standard service.” The driver arrived 45 minutes late, left the items in the lobby, and departed 25 minutes early, leaving one box dangerously overloaded. When I raised these issues, the company refused responsibility and misrepresented facts in their final email. Loads4Less is careless, dishonest, and treats customers with contempt. Avoid this company — do not trust them with your possessions.

Thank you for your feedback. We have already reviewed your concerns in detail via email, and our position remains unchanged.
Your booking was completed exactly as per the service you selected and paid for. Our team carried out the collection, loading and delivery as agreed, and at no point was a packing service purchased. The driver’s notes, timings and photographs confirm this, and we have already shared all findings with you directly. We also have your signature on the sign-off sheet confirming the work was completed to your satisfaction at the time of delivery.
As explained, we do not issue full refunds when the service has been delivered correctly, and your request for a full refund is not something we can agree to. Our decision will not be changing.
We have addressed every point raised and provided all supporting information. There is nothing further for us to add.
We wish you all the best going forward.

Loads4Less have been great throughout…
Loads4Less have been great throughout our recent house move. Due to a problem in the chain It turned out to be very protracted but L4L were very accommodating with our shifting move dates. On moving day the guys were extremely polite and efficient. They wrapped our sofas and mirrors in quilted covers. This is the third time we have used L4L and we have never been disappointed. If we were ever to move again (but we don’t want to!) we would definitely use them again. Big shout out this time to Kate, Matt, Ben, Shane and Stephen. Thank you all.
