Great experience on sofa shopping
I had already looked at the website and ordered sample swatches for my colour choices before I went to the store.
The St Albans store was well laid out and the staff very helpful and left me to wander around on my own.
When I had made my decision with fabrics and sofa choice, the sales team were great. I was assisted by Sirisha who confirmed all my order and explained delivery timeframe.
All in all a great experience and a nice touch with bottles of water and biscuits 👍🏻. Wish I had brought my dog as he could have tried out the dog beds!

Was able to do most of our research…
Was able to do most of our research online. This was followed by a quick trip to your beautifully laid out and welcoming store where our chosen sofa could be tested out for comfort and some final measurement, and the fabric selected irl. Transaction carried out there and then with helpful and friendly staff member.

Excellent Service at St Albans
We already own a Loaf sofa and have been looking at replacing some other Sofas. Nothing we looked at elsewhere came close to Loaf in terms of comfort.
We went to the St Albans store with our dog and were helped by Dominika who answered our questions. She was really friendly and helpful.
We look forward to receiving our order in the next 9 weeks.

We had been to other sofa places
We had been to other sofa places, I was worried about the prices compared to other companies. However, looking at the style, the design, the comfort and the choices of materials, you can totally understand and appreciate this sofa is not just like others.
We were not given a hard sale, it was just a wonderful experience and we are very excited about getting our Squishmiester sofa in February.
The staff were so knowledgeable and extremely helpful, we ended up with a sofa bed and a small sofa plus a footstall.
Rosina was the best and we are delighted.

It’s a shame that products can’t be…
It’s a shame that products can’t be seen more locally. We travelled an hour and a quarter to try the dweller dining chair. It felt ridiculous to do 2.5 hours of driving to sit in and try a chair for all of 5 minutes.
The staff seemed to be asking everyone if they needed any assistance or whether they were browsing but steered clear of us. We left after a short look around and came home and ordered the chairs online.

Great Customer Service
After a lackluster experience two years ago, we decided to give Loaf St Albans another chance while shopping for a new sofa. This visit proved to be a completely different story. Shortly after we arrived and began browsing, Dominika approached us to offer assistance, and he turned out to be exceptional. He dedicated nearly an hour to walking us through various sofa options, draping each one in different fabric colors and actively encouraging us to take samples home to view them in our own lighting. When we returned a week later ready to order, Dominik was equally attentive, answering every question we had and providing genuinely thoughtful service throughout the entire process. We ended up purchasing the Big Easy sofa in a corner configuration and waiting for it to be delivered in March

Went to your store very useful
Went to your store, immediately chose sagas I wanted. From there went to dfs for better deal? Was not a patch on loaf. Got my son and daughter in-law at home to order. Excited when they come. Il give my old good condition sofas to someone free to anyone that needs them x

Fabulous service without being pushy.
So far we have received excellent service from Loaf. We have visited their St Albans shack twice over the past few weeks and were impressed with both the sales people we interacted with. They were knowledgeable and well informed without being pushy. We have now placed our order with Siri who was so helpful, and we were pleased to hear that even when our sofas arrive they have a no questions asked returns policy. This has certainly given us peace of mind.
