The best team ever.
Highly recommend

My wife and I went to the Local PCR at Harris House in Harlow, to get a test for travel, on April 20, 2022.
The young lady there, Rosheen, was very professional, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. She answered all our questions without hesitation.
Her customer service skills were excellent.
We were in and out very quickly.
We had the results well within the two hours promised.
Would highly recommend this place if you need a test.

This is a bit pricey but easy to book, convenient, and very reliable. With my last test i received the certificate with a typo in my name and emailed the support team to get a rectified certificate. They immediately fixed it and I was surprised with their responsiveness and friendliness

Very very happy
Excellent service and very efficient.
Went to the fishponds Bristol clinic and everything was completely seamless.
Incredibly friendly and had the results within the hour.
Highly recommend

Had an appointment at my local PCR Test in Slough and had a wrong booking but the lady there - Zee was helpful and got it sorted out for me she reassured me about the process and the test results . Definitely recommend this place and will be going back there next time if I need a pcr test .

Absolutely first class service from this company! Second time coming just because of how impressed I was with my first experience with Local PCR Maidenhead!

All is down to the exceptional customer service skills displayed by Zee who made me feel super comfortable and relaxed!!
I want to highlight I’ve entered a wrong date for my appointment, so instead of 13th April today I’ve booked an appointment for the 14th by mistake - of course wonderful Zee took me and did my test, making sure I will receive the results asap!
She absolutely made the experience a breeze for me! Thanks to her I am now going on a holiday and my boyfriend won’t break up with me - Thank you Zee!!!!!

Amazing customer service from Rif at the Bristol branch. Had a lovely chat and the whole experience was seamless.

Went to the Taplow clinic - the lady there was very professional, kind and reassuring and super with my children. Would definitely recommend.

Good customer care and very friendly at the Harlow Harris House

Very efficient easy to book, needed to change my booking to a different centre and the team were very helpful moving the appointment. Thoroughly recommend!

Needed a Fit To Fly urgently - booked for Wandsworth late the night before, got an 8.30am appointment and ran late but the doctor was super patient, efficient and professional - masked with a visor, and gloves. The doctor swabbed - very gentle. Results were due 2-5 hrs later and I got them on email in 3 hours. Would definitely go back to them.

Staff very helpful, very good service. Best price we found on the net. Thank you.

Excellent service. I am impressed with their quick and efficient service. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Fantastic and prompt service from Kristina. Thank you.

Great, friendly and fast service, both during and after my appointment. I was attended to very quickly and whilst waiting for my results, Kristina noticed the email had bounced and sent me my results personally. She has since helped out again by promptly providing my receipt. Strongly recommended!

Having used this company twice for fit to fly I would recommend them to all and everyone. Super efficient with excellent staff knowledge and helpful. Young lady called Steph in Hook Hampshire was fantastic, really can’t speak high enough of this service big thanks from me.
