I pre-ordered the New Paldea Collection from Lockett Labs. There website was easy to use and everything is priced very Competitively. Items came well packaged & arrived the weekend of release. I will definitely be using Lockett Labs again. Thank You for a great service.

Poor start....but got there in the end
Item has not even been disptached to me yet, despite being past the longest length of time stated at time of order and having had email from delivery company saying that they were expecting it. Could have got this item for less than a pound more on Amazon and had next day delivery. Not impressed.
Updated on 20th December: Currently in discussion with Lockett Labs about how to get this sorted. Will update further depending on outcome and whether or not I get the item in time for Christmas.
Edit on 30th December: Order did arrive in time for Christmas and (no thanks to Evri) was in good condition inside the packaging. Also, I am told by my son (who knows more about these things than I do) that sometimes the boxes that arrive from other sellers are not always sealed and therefore may or may not contain the original boxes items. This item was fully sealed.

*UPDATE: After finding out the issue was with the pickup point, the parcel was then taken back by us and postage label was changed to be next-day delivery so it could arrive in time for customer. Tracking and Karen herself confirmed parcel arrived before Christmas. Everything was resolved smoothly.*

As discussed over email, this is not our fault. To reference your previous review left on Evri, their service is proven to be poor and unreliable. We normally use Royal Mail however they have been more unreliable given strikes.

Spot on service.
Great communication before and after sale. Product was box and shipped in perfect condition. Had great knowledge of product they were selling and even helped me choose what I needed. Fast same day shipping on the item I purchased. Same about Royal Mail being slow currently, but that’s not the fault of the business by any means.
Would highly recommend and would use again in the future 10/10
