Front door, key broken in lock -Ray from LockRite
Ray from LockRite was friendly, approachable, professional and efficient.
He arrived promptly, quickly resolved my front-door lock problem, with no mess or fuss.
The overall cost was very reasonable (compared to others)

Great service. Thoroughly recommend.
After media reports of rip-off locksmiths, I was wary about finding one I could trust. Ian was great! He arrived on time, succcessfully picked the ancient garage door lock, avoiding the need for an expensive replacement, and then installed a reasonably-priced replacement lock in the kitchen door - all within the one hour callout. Can 100% recommend.

As always, Simon was efficient, patient, polite and respectful. He sorted out the problem I had with notifications from the camera. I recently had a new mobile and the data had not copied over from the old to the new one. He also fitted a new doorbell with three chimes placed in hall, lounge and near bedroom. Always a pleasure to have Simon deal with security for me.

Professional and recommend
Put out an enquiry for a rear house door to be unlocked and for the lock to be replaced. Within a few hours I had a locksmith phone to say they would be available in an hour. Locksmith (Wesley) arrived, talked about the work that needed to be carried out, carried out a professional service and cleaned up after. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you.
