Prompt response to query and new lock fitted the same day.

The engineer Ron Innes was excellent and explained fully what was broken with the locking mechanism. Great service from a very helpful engineer.

Colin came out to my new build in the middle of the night as my patio doors wouldn’t lock. Colin made several adjustments in order to get things working but in the end everything locked up and actually worked much easier than before.

Explained the situation fully what was wrong wasn't given a quote only to be told on job completion the bill was £180.00 for 30mins & few small parts.
No wonder Lockite advertise that they don't have a call out charge at those prices.
The fitter even thought he was being funny asking me do I play darts 🎯 when I asked for the bill saying one hundred & eeeeeeeeightyyyyyyyyy!!
I thought he was a small independent firm until he told me he was part of a franchise!!
Never use them again & all you people out there beware & always do your research first & ask questions.
It was a panic situation for me because my front door wouldn't lock shut leaving me extremely vulnerable.

Fixed appointment with Simon yesterday. He arrived promptly this morning and resolved the issue efficiently and quickly. He explained the fault clearly, showing me how to turn the handle and lock properly. Being a widow who lives alone, having such a prompt and efficient service gives me peace of mind. a job well done, the chap that came to fix my doorlock obviously knew what he was doing, he kept me informed about what was needed to be done and how much it would cost to fix it (no add on fees) and the locking and unlocking the door has never been better,i can recommend this firm with confidence!

When I needed a replacement car key, we were recommended Ray from LockRite as he was local (Northampton), he asked for details of the vehicle, ordered the key within 24hrs and was on site the same day as the key arrived. Polite and professional service and new key fob and key blade were in my hands and tested within the hour.

Collin was amazing he came out straight away and dealt with my change of locks . He made sure I could easily open my door and talked me through the settings of the lock and showed me how to make sure I was secure . He gave great advice and has great customer service.

Freddie at LockRite did a great job of adding an extra lock to the front doors of a couple of Scandinavian lodges. This was bespoke work, as the doors are not of a typical UK type. He was both friendly and professional.
