After collecting my new to me camper van, I then spent the next three weeks trying to get deadlocks fitted before leaving the country for a prolonged tour, with no success. Until I spoke to Liv and I can honestly say she was an absolute delight to deal with. Obviously I had a pretty tight time schedule and Liv made every effort to fit me in to get the work done, trying different times and places. We agreed that I would go to the Gravesend office on the way to the Eurotunnel to meet with the engineer, who fitted the locks in quick time including anti rust cover.

Fabulous service. I broken my key in my slamlock. RAC couldn't help, Insurance Company couldn't help. These guys, especially Kerry and Chloe, were brilliant in sending me instructions on how to sort it out and arrange replacement keys for a 17 year old lock in super fast time. Very reasonable cost too.

Ordered locks without a problem loads of times, had 1 mistake once and Kay had arranged for the wrong item to be collected/swapped within about 15 hours of the first email!!
Without any fuss at all, absolutely fantastic!

Great service here with this company. Broke the key deep in my slamlock and they were able to send me an identical cylinder with new keys all keyed to my existing key code, which means both slamlocks can still be opened with the same key.
Kay in customer service was bubbly and professional. Business with a smile with this Gal even on a Monday morning!

Amazing customer service from Locks 4 Vans, especially Liv Andrews - Customer services Manager. Was slight issue with wrong locks being ordered initially, but all was put right and they even supplied replacement lock trims free of charge after I broke one on installation. Will defo use this company again and recommend to friends.

This review relates to my 1 star review from Dez. 15 th 2022. After all the trouble with FedEx I can confirm that Locks4Vans took every effort to solve the problem. The staff was very helpful and with the help of UPS the locks were delivered within two days.
The actual locks are very solid, the delivery was complete and I´m looking forward to install them.

My van came with no keys for the deadlocks on a mk7 transit i was able to buy direct replacements so no recutting the holes to suit good quality locks
