Couldn’t be happier !
I bought a used Ford Transit that only came with one set of keys, on the rear doors was a L4V dead lock.
I sent a photo of the key to this company’s technical team who successfully told me my key number!
I purchased a key based on this info, hey presto the key worked !!!
Thank you guys, you saved me having to buy a whole new deadlock for the rear doors and now I have a spare key to use when I inevitably lose my first set 😂

Locks 4 Vans installed a bespoke 'slamlock' key operated lock on the tailgate of my campervan. Their work was excellent, delivering just what I needed, and their staff were extremely nice and helpful. I really recommend them.

I can’t believe it, I ordered a key from the website Wednesday evening after 9 o’clock, the following day I spoke with the office to check they had my order, which they quickly confirmed as received, bare in mind ant this point it’s almost Christmas 😀
The helpful Lady on the phone said they would do their best, but was very busy..
And then Hey presto..
Friday morning before 9 it’s on my doorstep… I can’t thank you all enough.

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the service provided by Jason in the Technical Department.

Our company recently acquired a vehicle which was fitted with four L4V deadlocks. Unfortunately the vehicle was supplied without the deadlock keys or information provided with the original locks. Fortunately one of the locks had a broken key still in the barrel which our technician was able to extract. I sent a photo of part of the key to Jason to identify and to see if it was possible to provide a replacement key. The expert that Jason is was able to identify the correct key and code number in order to provide the correct key replacement. Absolutely fantastic.

In a world where it is all to easy for a customer to complain and little appreciation when a member of staff has gone beyond to assist, I wanted to share what a great experience looks like. Jason was totally committed to trying to solve my problem with a genuine, 'how can I help' attitude, when it could have been very easy to have passed this off as, sorry we are unable to assist you.

Well done Jason you are a real asset to the company.

Don’t know about the company but they should teach their drivers how to drive safely, had one tailgating me whilst I was driving at speed limit, then proceeded to overtake me and cut right in front. Obviously thought he was highly important to put me and my family at risk.

Rung the company, asked for sliding door and rear doors hook locks, given price 181, delivered next day. Not correct ones, sent gf following day as they were 20 mins drive away turns out there are options which I was never made aware of.. correct ones £146 no offer of money back I had to ring to chase it then cut me short of the amount due to delivery costs when it wasn’t my fault. Asked to honour it was declined. Poor effort.

Great service from the team. Nothing was too much trouble and very helpful. Whitney kept me updated with my order and had the parts sent out straight away. Thank you.

And wouldn’t think of trying anyone else the locks now are of very good quality and very reliable,true,you may need to make adjustments on some vehicles but if you know your salt it’s not a problem.
