Lodge Brothers are an independent, employee owned funeral service. 7 generations of our family have been helping local families in their time of need. For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

My husbands’s funeral
From the start the staff were excellent. They listened to what the family wanted.
Basically we had very little to worry about as they had everything covered and kept in touch to confirm any details.
On the day of the funeral everything went smoothly. The staff are compassionate, caring and organised. Everything went just how we hoped for. I would highly recommend using Lodge’s.

The staff who work at Lodge Brothers I’m certain are cleverly chosen. They are extremely professional but most of all so very caring at times when one is feeling so low.
The service they provide is second to none.

Allison was wonderful
Allison was wonderful. She gave great support and help. We didn't know what we wanted for our sister, but Allison guided us through all the options and was very patient with us deciding what we wanted. We were very pleased with the result, especially the bespoke white musical coffin. It was perfect for our sister and made the day a celebration of her life and career. I was also quite ill and struggling with decisions during this period and had to go to hospital. Allison and colleagues were very supportive and helpful.

Right from the beginning Lodge Brothers made my husband's funeral less daunting.
It was my first funeral to take care of. Lodge Brothers Ashford dealt with every aspect of it so their guidance was most appreciated and made it all run smoothly.
