From the very beginning, Kerry and Suzette were absolutely wonderful. At what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for us, they guided us through everything with genuine kindness, patience and understanding. Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal, and knowing they were there to help and support us made a very difficult process that little bit easier.

A special thank you also goes to Daniel, the Conductor on the day of Mum’s funeral. He was exceptional — calm, respectful, professional and incredibly considerate throughout. Everything was handled with dignity and care, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye to Mum without having to worry about anything else.

The whole team at Lodge Brothers treated Mum and our family with the utmost respect and compassion from start to finish. At one of the hardest times in your life, having people around you who genuinely care makes an enormous difference.

We used Lodge Brothers for our gravestone memorial.

The process was straightforward from start to finish. They were welcoming and helpful when we first approached them and explained the process thoroughly. They showed us what was available and helped us to tailor it to our choice.

We are very happy with the installation and the finished memorial, which was completed in good time. Taste is a very personal thing, but we find the completed memorial beautiful.

The craftsmanship of the hand etched portrait is truly remarkable. The level of detail, precision and artistry brought our mother's image to life in a way that was both beautiful and deeply moving. Seeing such a faithful and heartfelt tribute provided great comfort to our family. The quality of workmanship, combined with the empathy and support of the team, created a lasting memorial that exceeded all our expectations. We are sincerely grateful and highly recommend their services.
