I made a Basic Logo design and had some issues with the Text of the Logo. I addressed Eric and his team and they gave me great response and Support. !

I was on the understanding that I could make adjustments to my logo after purchase. Upon doing that, however, I was required to buy another package to be able to use it for making letterhead, business cards, and social media graphics. Also, the options for making the social and print marketing materials were not what I expected. I am very disappointed and I wish I could get my money back. I have a logo that I won’t be able to use.

Eric and his design team have been really great to work with. Communication has been good and they really worked with me to get my design perfect.

Thank you

From the get-go Alan at LogoDesign has been extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive. Every time I called he picked up the phone and quickly took care of what was requested. I recommend these guys hands down. Thanks for all of your help Alan!

I only used the entry level AI generated logos (nice price!), but they were a good selection and the editing process was good enough to adjust the fonts and layout. Best of all, you get vector PDF file and I got PSD for photoshop when asked - so there is a human there for great service!

Jonathan from LogoDesign was great to work with. After building a generic design on the website, he helped me to tailor and polish it specifically for my professional business. Would definitely recommend!

I made a good friend too... John

After a misunderstanding I was helped and thanks for the help.

Worked in a consultative way to create and develop the logo in line with my initial requirements.
Nothing was an issue, and everything went smoothly ending in a positive outcome and logo.
Thank you for your support.

Great option for help with logos and branding. I needed another source and more options for logos and the logo contest was simple and provided ample options for a good price. responsive support.

Excellent service of Adam is helping me, who is not familiar with English & technology, to get my shop’s logo as smooth as silk. Thank you very much ขอบคุณมากค่ะ

Adam with LogoDesign was great to work with. Started a chat conversation with him and he was the one that actually assisted with all aspects of our design order from start to finish. We had our order completed within 24hrs.

I was able to get exactly the service I needed with my own ideas involved. Thanks to John's assistance, I was grateful to get only the products I needed as well. Thanks John.

I had a pleasant experience. Jonathan helped me navigate my needs. The logos are beautiful and you get enough options to choose from and the option to edit the font and sizes. Highly recommend for entrepreneurs like myself looking to get started in marketing our selves. Its exciting looking through each to find what fits your business personality best.
