Wow…just wow! I loved working with Frank at Logo Genies! I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first as this is the first time I have ever used a service like this. I was not at all sure what to expect. I was absolutely blown away at how Frank was able to take a very rudimentary drawing of my vision, along with a couple of my ideas, and turn it into an AMAZING design that far exceeded my expectations! It was like magic. Thank you so much Frank for making the process so quick and easy and designing a logo that I absolutely LOVE!!!

The results were great. Took a little longer than I anticipated but overall a positive experience. There is an optional upsale element to this that you should be aware of but we did receive exactly what was promised originally. Would use them again.

They say they have a turnaround time of 24 hours but it takes WEEKS!!! I have had to call in multi times, talk to managers, open disputes and it's been a nightmare.

The work is good when they do it BUT it's not worth the hassle and stress. What a joke!

This is a great outfit. Provided a great logo with multiple concepts. Then made changes and modifications based on my directives.
I asked for various versions And configurations. They provided all of them efficiently. Also they manage the whole process through a user portal so you can log in and see where your project is.

The logo looks exactly like I wanted it too and it wasn’t an simple logo but they revised it until it looked like my vision. That being said the customer service was not great. They tried to up-sell me at the end and when I didn’t want to pay extra for things I literally was hung up on. Besides that-
Ryan was the designer for my logo and he did a wonderful job. He was very responsive and professional and if I need another logo made I will be back!

I had an excellent experience with the folks. My design for a Logo was designed and first review was available 24 hours later. It took another 36 hours and I had my finalized Logo.

I know I will be doing more work with them. Have already ordered a FB logo and Magnetized Auto door plates
