Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. Easy collection but cookies and cream cake wasn't delicious
Got a reminder text in the morning and the collect was easy. However, the cookies and cream cake was a let down. There wasn't much flavour and it was stodgy. I will not recommend

The cupcake was stale
The cupcake was stale. The fruits were rotten and had fungus on them… the butter cream tasted bitter like when something is old….

Unfortunately the delivery was missed due to the office's mistake, Lola's cupcakes did everything in their power to redeliver the cakes and really helped us out!

the two staff members at liverpool…
the two staff members at liverpool street station were wonderful. they went out of their way to make sure i made the right cake choice, and helped me sign up for lola's love club so i got some extra nice goodies!
the cakes are ofc superb, but i really want to highlight the friendly staff. so sorryy i didnt. catch their names but im sure ill see them again

No custom orders for some branches
We used to be able to order custom cakes/cupcake sets to the Liverpool St station branch but they've now stopped this, with the London Bridge one the nearest one to accept custom orders for collection. Such a shame as this was really easy for us and we order quite alot for our office birthdays and anniversaries etc! We now order from a coupe other different suppliers that we can collect from near us. not sure why they stopped being able to do this.

I am so sorry that we are not able to offer collection in any of our branches near your location.
Unfortunately some of our locations do not have enough fridge space to be able to accommodate collection from those branches during warmer months. We are note able to offer collections, as this would be a risk of a cake being damaged due to hot weather.
