I followed LD for years on Instagram and I was over the moon when my fiancée proposed with one of their rings, he said they were so helpful picking the right one! I had a gorgeous platinum ring however I have been given my late moms wedding ring after she passed which I want to use as my wedding band however it’s yellow gold. I reached out to James for some advice and he told me they could coat my engagement ring in yellow gold to match and he said they would sort it all for me with no charge, I was so happy. I sent it off to be resized also and it came back today and I couldn’t be happier! It looks perfect with my mom’s band and I can’t wait to wear them together on our wedding day. Their customer service has been outstanding and I would recommend everyone to use them! Keep up the amazing work guys :D

I’ve been dealing with London Diamonds Official since 2023 when I first ordered my
Engagement ring from them. The service is 5* and the communications is 5* too. I’ve had the ring resized twice free of charge. I could not fault them, James has been a credit all throughout the experience.

I sent my wedding band for a stone replacement and cleaning 7 days ago via post. I received it today and omg it looks literally brand new. I regret not sending my engagement ring as well for cleaning ! I can’t wait to get that cleaned as well by LD. Both rings were purchased from them and it’s been 10/10 service since then at no extra cost! 😍 it’s been about 3years now!

London Diamonds is a remarkable company. They made my fiancés engagement ring last year and the service was unbelievably good. The ring and diamond were beautiful in every sense and it was a pleasure to deal with the company. They even refurbished my fiancés late mother’s wedding ring in preparation for our nuptials with no charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough and it’s a great shame that more companies do not lead by their example.
