DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY!!! I ordered some shoes off there for £55 and did not receive them. I have contacted them 3 times and got no reply. I put my 'order number' in on their tracking facility and it did NOT exist!! I decided to do different checks on the company, and surprise surprise, they don't exist either. The company DISSOLVED in 2014, yet they are still scamming unknowing people for money. Really hoping karma will do its' thing with whomever is behind these cowboys.

Brought a light up sketch pad for my autistic son for £28 and it was so bad it looked like a toy from poundland. It wad nothing at all like the photos and such a disappointing item which was for his birthday. AVOID .

I ordered a Draw with Light Development Toy for a gift for somebody, £28, as the images looked great for someone with eyesight issues. What arrived was something I can only describe as a piece of card which you are supposed to write on with a UV pen, and then press the torch part of the pen to see what you have drawn. The same pens are about 50p each, if that. There was a lettering stencil that were made out of thin paper and that was it. It arrived in an envelope and the board was bent, the pen was dry, or had ran out and the battery in it was dead. So I basically bought a price of card, a stencil that you couldn't use and a pen that was either old or used, and didn't work. I wouldn't pay £2.99 at a market for this crap.

Refused a refund, product is utter garbage

They got address wrong . I informed them asap they failed to inform evri , the delivery firm despite my 7 emails I’ve asked for a refund within 5 days let’s see how that goes

don't know what to say. their shipping partners said they delivered my parcel to my address but I did not receive anything. they sent to me photos to confirm and it shows its a wrong address and still no feedback. never again will I order anything from them

I ordered a baby support chair one week before my family arrived with a nine month baby.
As it hadn't arrived and the tracking showed it was somewhere in China, I went out and bought a very good booster chair from Argos which is good quality and cheaper.
Another two weeks have passed and it's arrived!
The quality is poor for the cost. As there's no return policy in place then it's here as a backup.
I would certainly not recommend it.

If the review allowed me to give a zero star that's what this fake shop deserves. This is pure scam. They use the word London to deceive customers to believe they are based in the UK but it is actually a China based scam shop that sells on kinds of fake and poor quality items. I ordered a baby sit up chair to assist my 6 month old who wouldn't sit down. I had assumed it was UK based and therefore that the item would arrive soon. One week later I heard nothing so I emailed them and queried the status of my order. No response whatsoever. Two weeks later I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order because the item was needed urgently and I had to order from a UK shop since realising that this fake company was actually based in China. They didn't respond to my cancellation email, rather a week later I got an email saying the item had been dispatched. Reading their returns policy, it says once you order no cancellation! Which business does that? Well, up till now the item still hasn't arrived and my baby is not only sitting, she is actually crawling now. So whenever this arrives if at all it does, it would be totally useless!

Ordered a Draw with Light board for our grandson for Christmas. No confirmation of order. Finally arrived in January after emailing them.
Very poor quality. Board damaged. I emailed them photos as requested but no response. No refund.
My advice would be NOT to use this company.

Do not order from these con men , they take your money either don’t send you anything or send you broken items then refuse to refund you , nothing but a nightmare to deal with stay away

I would suggest avoiding this company .
I am still asking for a refund through “support” as stated in their T and C
They are still not replying 3 weeks later
Doesn’t appear to be any customer services available or they are ignoring me !

terrible item not as described, misleading description, contacted to return, refused, so quoted my rights under the consumers act, if not i will go to consumers direct and will sue them, not going to get away with it, i should have smelt a rat and now reading all these bad reviews it says it all.
they are not allowed to refuse a return it is illegal so i will chase it to the end. -AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE

Steer clear of this plague. They provide confusing description and astronomically overpriced. Business based in China and have nothing to do with London. Customer service is average, no returns are possible. Avoid them like a plague.

This company is dreadful,items look good but when they arrive they are shocking, absolutely nothing resembling what I ordered,it took ages to arrive as well.

Please avoid this company at all costs.

Their goods might be attractive, but delivery is the pits. A number of weeks later I'm still waiting on am order despite, a number of emails.

The worst of all is that they do not responr to emails and their phone goes straight on to the automated message that "no one could answer at the moment"

London Market shop is a BIG FAT CON. All I could reach was a mailing company when I thought I was ringing them up. If you have placed an order, wave bye bye to it & your money. Contact your bank to report a fraud.

Ok i read these reviews and my heart sank , i ordered something on the 21st of october and it arrived today , i was really suprised , saying that the product i ordered is definitely not worth what i paid for it and im not upto sending it back so i will keep it .

The use of the term 'London' is so very misleading! Products are sourced from abroad, often from China. Last year I placed an order on the 6th December. It was to be a Xmas gift. As it did not arrive until the 30th December. I had to purchase an alternative gift at the last minute. You need to know that the company will not let you cancel orders once placed, they do not keep you informed about delivery dates and that they will not pay return postage costs for late delivery. Not in my view a sensible place to do Xmas shopping.
