I didn't spot these reviews until I had already ordered items for my daughter. I knew then I was doomed and the goods would never turn up. Don't touch them at all. I keep checking my bank account in case it's been emptied, not that there is much to steal. My anti virus did block any further link to it ,but it was too late. Anyways up, don't go near them.
Update : The package arrived this morning. The quality is pathetic, the photos on the website are mis- leading. My wife just laughed , I didn't , I'm £35 out of pocket. I know there is no point in trying to get a refund.

I am still trying to get my refund back from the over charged Halo Extension that is £2.78 from Ali Express. I have received 2 emails from them basically sending messages thats is nothing to do with regarding my refund. They are stalling me. Please dont shop at London Market Store they are ripping people off and scamming people. Refunds are hard to get if you ever do receive it. BEWARE !!!

Ordered 2 belt buckles sent them to the wrong address contacted them the same hr as I ordered them to advise on the error no contact what so ever. Tried to trac parcel and it never left the "shipping" point. Until 2 days ago when they finally replied to my 5 email with its been delivered. And now back to total silence!! Don't waste your money. Anything they sell can be found on ebay through a TRUSTED WEBSITE!!!!!.

I bought a hand held fan and waited over two weeks for it to arrive. I needed it sooner and bought one from elsewhere. When it finally arrived it was too noisy and obviously too late. I asked for a refund and they said they’d check if I was allowed. The refund policy is 30 days and has restrictions but not for the fan. I wrote another email asking for the address to send fan back and still haven’t heard from them. I’m going to take it to the bank now and see if I can get my money back as the goods are poor quality and unwanted. Very poor customer service. Don’t buy from them.

Eyeshadows took weeks to arrive and when they finally arrived they were both damaged and of very poor quality. Not worth the money

I bought Invisible pushed bra's for my daughter for her prom night. The delivery came too late. When I saw the products without opening I realised its a very bad quality bra, would harm her skin as its totally gluing bra and I messaged, tried to call them, emailed several times. Contact form isn't working, no customer services exist, they didn't bother even to reply. Even you purchase anything from London Market, just be aware of that you won't have any chance to change, refund or find an appropriate answer from their side.

Goods arrived missing parts and tampered with

ordered 2 unpoppable balloon balls, one came without the adapter with which to inflate it. I was offered 20% reduction instead of sending another adapter. Can't even get this one into the balloon to start inflating it. Shan't see my refund and £43 wasted on 2 floppy flat balloons. Rubbish

THIS IS A SCAM CHINESE COMPANY. FAKE PRODUCTS, NOTHING SENT, VERY LONG DELIVERY TIMES. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

Complete scam company - based in China not London as they make out. I would give zero stars if possible. Spent £70 on a pair of binoculars advertised with 40x magnification, but the pair that arrived very very late only show 8x on the box (not convinced they are even 8x) and are more like a child’s toy. I ordered them weeks in advance for a holiday where we were going on a whale watching trip, and they didn’t arrive in time. Even if they had, the fake rubbish that eventually arrived would’ve been useless anyway. Disgusting scamming company, stay away at all costs!!

ordered a quadcopter over 3 weeks ago. was told in email reply to my query that its still in transit on the way to the post office. reasons given are delays due to covid. I sincerely wish that I had done some more research before placing my order. the refund policy is very poor. This is obviously not a company from London. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered item on 19th March. Still waiting delivery. They said it would be 3-5 days. Tried contacting them but no response. The telephone number they give is not listed. Suspect this company take your money without delivering the item.

Scam avoid at all cost never send you you’re stuff and keep ya money

After three months and two cancelled shipments and chasing them for a refund - which they refused to give because the third try at shipping was on it's way...

The absolute joke is today I received an EMPTY ENVELOPE about the size of my phone that was supposed to be a package with two magazine racks.

This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER.

FAKE , COMPLETE DISHONEST AND DODGY COMPANY
Ordered a small item few weeks back and was given a fake tracking number which was not valid at all.When emailed them about this, they pretended to check and in this pretext buy more time to dodge customers.
Their intentions are not good and beware of them as they use the name London to deceive customers but are fake supplier hiding in China.Do not trust them

I am still waiting for a Teddy bear made out of pink roses to be delivered to my daughter. I tried to call but the pre recording advises that due to COVID there operatives are not available Shocking. I have also emailed but I am still waiting a response. Valentine’s Day was yesterday and nothing has been delivered. I will keep you all updated on the service that I receive from this disgusting company. But in the meantime please take my review as a WARNING ⚠️ To not part with your hard earned money. At the moment there customer service is non existent.

There has been no responses to any of my requests for further information. Shameful.

Seriously people - stay right away from these people. You will notice that all reviews are either 5star or 1star and nothing in between, and there's a reason for this. The 5star reviews are obviously fake.

I ordered an under desk charger from them in December and fell for the "London" scam too I'm sorry to say. They are actually based in China but you would have to do your research to find this out.

After five weeks I got somewhat concerned and the only tracking info provided either threw out a lot of stuff written in Chinese, or on Royal Mail said awaiting despatch. So I contacted them.

They sent me tracking information showing that the item had arrived in the Netherlands ten days previously and gone no further. No explanation was offered so I again contacted them.

This time I didn't get any answer to my query at all - just an email saying they had refunded and this could take up to seven days to appear on my statement. So basically they've had an interest free loan from me for several weeks! Perhaps they are money laundering?

Anyway. My message to you is clear: Do not under any circumstances try to do business with these people. Serious SCAM ALERT.

My order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, and yes while I appreciate covid restrictions etc I had other orders which arrived well before this that were ordered around the same time from other companies

Yes I did get prompt replies when I requested delivery updates from the company but due to the fact it was delivered too late to be gifted which was my intention, I could no longer use it .
However when it did finally arrive it was far beyond what I had expected
This will be at most be going in a charity bag as the quality is rubbish and Very much overpriced, I wouldn’t of paid £5 for it let alone £20
When I asked if I could return it I have been offered 10 per cent of the price and not able to return
Will never order from here again

This must be the shop from hell how they ever got 5 star reviews I dread to ask I have ordered a product I was told I could track my order bull?? I was informed it was with the royal mail bull?? I ask for a refund they said they cannot give me a refund because my product has been ordered Why don't you keep stock in London instead of ordering half way across the world the only reason you got 1 star is in fairness you have had the common sense to reply to my email but that's as far as it goes no I will get my refund through my bank as I paid on credit card

Shame on your company if it was not for the customers you would not have a business????
