An extremely dishonest company with exceptionally poor service.
I ordered a small item from them as I thiught they were U.K. based as using the name London but they are likely based in China. My item is still not in sight weeks after order and company is refusing to cancel or refund the order.
Stay away. They use the name London to get custom they otherwise will not get. A sign of desperation and deception. Their products are available elsewhere at much better prices and speedy delivery.
Don’t throw your money away. I will certainly never use them again.

Placed an order on the 29th September, a birthday present for the 17th October so plenty of time. Two days before the birthday I emailed as the order hadn’t arrived, received a response to say it’s in transit and that they couldn’t track it and we just had to wait…..
I emailed again on the 30th Oct with the same response to say it is in transit and nothing they can do. I’ve asked for a refund and they replied to say not possible as the item was still on its way. It’s now the 5th November and still not arrived… poor Customer service and parcels take forever to arrive!!!

Finally, a place where I can get hard to find products that I need that I didn’t know I needed or even existed! I’m tired of boring websites that offer the same old products - now i can buy uniques gifts for friends and family on Londonmarketshop.com. Fully satisfied!

They dont even deserve one star but nought isnt possible to leave a review. i ordered two lighters 3 weeks ago and no info on tracking and no response from company who of course now i realise are not in the uk but China. So if and when they do arrive they will probably be junk. This has happened to me several times this Christmas where i have thought i was buying british and it is junk from China. Luckily only about 100 quid down - buy from John Lewis or curry's or somewhere where they have a physical presence and do not buy from these sharks.

its one of those companies registered in London but when you want to make the return its to Hong Kong. I purchased a £27 small camera that come 50% overall bigger than advertised.

If I could leave a zero I would . Ordered a night projector , waited a month for delivery and got the parts to build it! Without it being ce regulated. Its nothing to do with London based goods it came from China! Steer cleer might as well burn your money !

Disgusting custumer service sent the wrong item wont refund or swap for original order ...horrible experience and custumer service tha ks for robbing me Vanessa

I bought a defective product from this company and they won’t fully refund me. Awful customers service I was also asked to return the product to China at my own cost, which is agains our consumer rights. I received small payment back as a gesture plus I get to keep the rubbish product they sold me.

My mini security camera arrived from China after two weeks.

Whilst waiting for its delivery I found that I could have bought a very similar item for about one third of the price, locally (I.e. U. K. )

I eventually managed to get it connected to my WiFi and iPhone, (by trial and error) as the instructions were not clear.

It worked well for about one day and I was pleased with the picture quality and features.

Then on the second day a series of fine horizontal lines appeared over the picture (under all conditions) and by the third day the camera would not connect to the internet, despite resetting and re-installing the app.

I need a reliable security camera, so back to Hive for my next one.

I placed an order on 19th June that has still not arrive. after 3 emails requesting a delivery date i have still not received a response. 2 promises of a response within 72 hours were false. Avoid this company they are not reliable

Placed an order which was very poor quality , No returns information no returns slip , have sent 3emails each with an automated reply saying they will contact me in 48/72hours , it's never happened very dissapointed , items been shipped from America, with a parcel content placed as 2dollars when I spent £30 . Disgrace of a company

No response from customer support, no tracking info, nothing. Once you order, you get confirmation that your order has been confirmed and that the goods are being delivered from another country and that you will be liable for customs fees. As of today, I have no idea when or if I will receive my order and if I do get it, how much I'll have to pay. Avoid!!!......Update...had an email saying that they will investigate and respond in 48 hours...that was three days ago. Nothing. Asked for refund....Nothing.
...Update...got message saying my item was lost in transit and was now out of stock. Processing refund 3 - 7 days. That means, they will have had my money for a minimum of 13 days! Very poor service.

Shipping is 2-6 weeks. Not exactly coming from London.
