AVOID!! my father ordered an item and since arriving he's had non stop threatening payment letters even though we have a direct debit set up,I've phoned several times asking for them to be stopped but nothing.,hes 85 and lives alone so these have had him worried.1 star as he likes the item plus cannot give zero
